My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Outback. We did our homework on a number of vehicles we were considering but we started with the Outback and with Laura Leary @ Ocean City. And if she didn't know something, she was quick to say she didn't know and just as quick to get back to us with the answers we needed. Because we were researching other vehicles, we told Laura we needed a couple of weeks and that we would be back because we felt the Subaru was the car we would compare all others to. Laura stayed in touch but was not a pain in the butt! She was respectful of the time we needed but did check in on us to see how our 'research' was coming. When we needed to go back to do another test drive, Laura found us a car that would be comparable to the one we wanted and even offered to come in on her day off to accommodate our schedule. Man, are you kidding me? We are looking forward to working with this awesome dealership for the next several years! And would I tell my friends about them? Heck,YES....already have!!!! More

I would recommend Jim Mahoney. he was excellent to work with. Very straightforward with no runaround. The only thing I would change in the sales process is to ensure customer get full price when signing i with. Very straightforward with no runaround. In my case, the extended warranty was brought to my attention during the meeting with the Finance Manager, and it was presented as add-on to the monthly finance rate rather than as part of the total purchase price.
