We are very sorry that a happy buying experience (from your initial positive review) caused you problems at registration. The 12 day delay in getting the paperwork to you was caused by the credit company, who would not release the lien until they were sure the transaction was fully funded. Registering a car in Mass can be a time consuming process no matter where you buy the car – especially at the Registry. While an unusual and required piece of paperwork was inadvertently omitted from your documentation by our title clerk (Ron had nothing to do with it), we offered to drive to your office, pick up the paperwork and registration check, and complete the registration process for you to include installing the new MA plates on your car, thus preventing you from taking any additional time off from work beyond your initial visit to the DMV. Instead, you opted to have Tyler drive down from our office meet you at the DMV to ensure the transaction went smoothly – which it did. I feel that Ocean Subaru went out of its way to make things right and accommodate you. I regret is that you did not allow us to go to the DMV for you to complete the registration process so that you would not miss work. We hope you enjoy your Honda Accord. Todd Berkowitz, Owner
