Our FREE oil change policy is clearly explained on our website and at the dealership. The FREE oil change policy is designed to save our customers money who choose to service their vehicle by the recommended maintenance program laid out by Subaru, not our dealership. It is no way implied or expressed that our customers have to participate in the free oil change program, but for the average Subaru owner who likes to service their vehicle by the book, FREE oil changes add up to an amazing savings! This is the only complaint we have had about our FREE oil change program since the inception of December 2012.
