I wanted a basic model silver Outback, but they didn't have one at my first visit. However, they got me one in 2 weeks. That's pretty quick considering how outbacks, especially silver outbacks, are popular. I really like my new car. Rick Rynerson and Ron Rogers served me. They were very thoughtful, helpful and honest. The price they gave were great. Overall, I feel very satisfied at Ocean Subaru, and will definitely recommend it. More

Everything went great except when I came back in to see my salesman he was helping somebody else and I had to wait while he tried to help us both. I made this appt in advance but know crap happens it's just we were so excited to pick up our car and Rick didn't even bat an eyelash in thanking me or even congratulated me. Overall great experience and I would go back, Amazing price point and we love our 2014 Kia Sorento:) More

Disgruntled buyer I would like to rewrite my review. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Ron should be fired. First of all it took 12 days too recieved my pap I would like to rewrite my review. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Ron should be fired. First of all it took 12 days too recieved my paperwork.after multiple phone calls an getting the run around I recieved the paperwork an took off from work so I missed 14 hours for that day. So I waited 50 mins in the registry an they proceeded too tell me that I needed to go to my insurance an have it stamped I thought that was already done because I waited so long. I went back to the registry waited another hour an got to the counter an the rep stated that the paperwork was not even signed by the Lien holder or the dealership so now I am still driving a car uninsured an unregistered. I called the office an spoke with Ron he apologized but was not giving answers to my questions. I was then called back by ththe GM who finally gave me an answer an suggested that he send a worker to pick up another check an paperwork to go the registry an fix this. I did not trust this. It sounded shady. I wasn't going to hand over a 1005 dollar check an the only paperwork linking me to this car. So again I miss 14 hours of work to wait for this sales rep to bring me missing paperwork. Now I'm sitting here another hour or so with this wonderful kind sales rep that went out of his way to bring me this paperwork( thanks Tyler)I made him stay with me so I don't have to experience more embarrassment of not having the correct paperwork. When we got to the registry theu handed us a check list of how the papers need to be singed an handled. I knew that was becauae of my paperwork from the day befor. Not to mention he is missing out on opportunities to sell cars because of Rons screw ups. I hope this works finally, but needless too say I lost 420 worth of pay for the Irresponsibility of RON. I would like to be compensated, but when I requested this an sent a email to the GM, I was ignored. So I would never recommend this dealer because of RON and his lack of ability to get things done in a timely fashion. Also when they gave me the car they did not do a tune up consisting or an oil change. I did Not even have windshield washer fluid. So now I have to go out of my way drive another hour or so just to get my tuneup. Losing more time an gas money. Just for an oil change which cost 30 dollars and windshield washer fluid that cost one dollar. Talk about inconvience. I lost more than I gained not too mention my aggravation and Time. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I would like too speak to Todd Berkowictz if possible to resolve my issue. More
