Hassle free and fast Ben Allen made it a very hassle free and fast car buying experience. Had a brief price negotiation over the phone last Thursday at 9:00 AM. He called Ben Allen made it a very hassle free and fast car buying experience. Had a brief price negotiation over the phone last Thursday at 9:00 AM. He called me back a few minutes later to finalize the deal that included a dealer installed remote start and trade in of my mini van that was destined for the scrap yard. He confirmed that they had the remote start in inventory and said he could arrange for its installation and prep of the vehicle by 3:00 PM. Sealed the deal with a credit card deposit and headed up to NH with my checkbook a few hours later. The worst part of the experience was the nearly four hour round trip from southeastern MA due to construction delays on 495N...I'll soon forget that, but will remember the rest of my positive car buying experience for years to come. More

The sales personnel were courteous and very helpful .My sales person was new and he was terrific with no pressure. They made the process enjoyable I needed a new car and was dreading the process. I went to a dealership near where I live and the experience was horrible. We heard about Ocean Subaru and decided to give them a try. We do not live close to there so we began conversing via email. Tyler could not have been more helpful. When we went to the showroom Joseph Rhodes helped us and he was fantastic. He was upfront about what he could and could not do as far as car and pricing were concerned. We ordered a CrossTrek and it came in ahead of schedule. Ocean Subaru also made picking up the car and signing all the paperwork easy. I have recommended them to a few friends already and will continue to sing their praises to everyone. Thanks Ocean! More

Although Consumer Reports tested out at less, it was still close. Then there was a discount! On a new year's car? Impressive. Best of all, the sales rep. Laura was friendly, bubbly. I never felt I was being pushed to buy the car I test drove but by the time I finished, did a little more negotiating, I'd put a deposit down on a that 2015 Legacy. Even when I picked it up the end of the week, Laura was there helping me understand the "bells and whistles' of my new car. I left with a smile on my face knowing that when she said, "if you have ANY questions, just call me", I knew she meant it. More
