At Ocean Subaru we were not subjected to any of these tactics. Laura Leary & Ronald Rogers treated us respectfully & in a straightforward manner. Everything was clearly explained & our questions were answered. Laura went above & beyond to meet our needs & to make this purchase a good experience. I was a customer with lots of questions and concerns. No pressure at all just letting me know that when I was ready they would be there for me. I never bought my own car before , I had kept my car for 17.6 years. I kept it because it was the last new car my husband bought me back in 97' before he died, and it meant the world to me. I was nervous and they understood as a person.... not just a salesman and worked with me knowing I was nervous. Ron Rogers and Patrick Smith are golden in my book. They did everything they said they would do and more and I would give it five stars in ALL areas. More

They were the only dealer that gave us the highest price for our trade in and the lowest price on the Legacy...no games, no BS. I got exactly what I wanted safety, quality, AWD, fuel economy, luxury, remote starter...all within my target budget. Oh and did I mention that Rick Rynerson and Joseph Rhodes were super to work with! Thank You Team Ocean Subaru!!! More

Worst Subaru Dealer Ever I purchased a used 2013 Crosstrek which I had located on the internet in July 2014. They wouldn't budge a nickel on the price (I relented), would not I purchased a used 2013 Crosstrek which I had located on the internet in July 2014. They wouldn't budge a nickel on the price (I relented), would not give me a spare key (I later learned that spares contain electronic 'chips' and are priced in the $160+ range), and the car burns oil. I purchased the extended coverage (which was a mistake- the car is still under mfr warranty)- they told me that the coverage would extend the warranty to 100K mi, and when I receive my written confirmation from Subaru I learn it's really only 75K- very deceptive on their part and my fault for falling for it. Very unprofessional attitude on the phone when I call them to request assistance with the service issues. I will go to great lengths to advise others about my experience with them and to advise against dealing with them if at all possible- there are many other Subaru delaers in New England to choose from. More
Painless Purchase of a 2015 Legacy I dreaded the process of purchasing a new car. I used the on-line process to start and had five different Subaru dealerships responding. Knowing that I would choose Ocean Subaru, because of its location, I bit the bullet and made a visit to Subaru. Tyler Hibbard was my on-line contact, so I asked for him on my arrival. The purchasing experience was painless. I was pretty sure that I wanted a Legacy and Tyler showed me a 2015 Legacy. Little did Tyler know that blue is my favorite color, and it was a blue Legacy that he showed me. The car has all the features I need. So after getting my wife's O.K., it was purchase time. Both Tyler and Joe Rhodes made the purchase process a pleasure rather than a pain!! Looking forward to a long relationship with Ocean!! More
