I looked at every Subaru dealer in Maine, New Hampshire and Northern Mass and found the treatment I received at Ocean to be the best by a landslide. I am not an easy customer, I know that. You both took the time to answer my questions very thoroughly and even answered the same question more than once without loosing patience. I regularly asked for updates on the progress of my new baby and time and time again was met not only with as much information as I could ask for but with the patience that a kindergarten teacher must have for her students. I could not have asked for a better experience! When I arrived to pick my car up everything was just as it should have been. I was very happy to see it sitting in front of the showroom waiting for me. As I ogled the car for a few minutes, I think Rick realized how much I had been looking forward to it! The financing was very easy and straight forward with no typical “tricks” I have seen at other dealers. It is refreshing to know that there are still good guys out there in a business so polluted with snakes. It was clear to me throughout the buying process that Mark leads a great team of professionals who he puts a great deal of well deserved confidence in. Well Worth The Trip My wife and I were looking to purchase a new Subaru Legacy. We wound up at Ocean after some price investigation and were teamed up with Tyler Hibbard. He did a great job of fully explaining the car, the options, and was great. They special ordered our car with no trouble and let us know when it came in. I had dealt with Joseph Rhodes at their sister dealership where I also had a great experience. Ron in their Finance department got us a great rate and we left VERY happy. If you think, is it worth the drive if you are not nearby? It definitely is! More

New 2015 Outback My husband and I were shopping for a new 2015 Outback 6 cyl and Ocean Subaru helped us get a great deal. Ben worked with us in August to help special order us the car we wanted and when it arrived in October Cheryl worked with us to finalize our sale. The team was great making it easy to finalize our banking at their facility without having to go back and forth from dealer to our bank. Cheryl was great showing us all the features of our new car and get some features set up for us.
