We were fortunate to be greeted by Cheryl Pierro who handled the purchase of an upgrade Outback seamlessly. She was gracious, informative and more than helpful throughout the transaction. Everything was done as promised. The new car delivered on time. Cheryl went above and beyond the call of duty, going over the details of the new car in depth. Because of the popularity of these cars, we had to wait a few weeks for delivery, but Patrrick kept us up to date until the day of delivery. More

Very friendly, informative and no pressure I recently bought a used Forester from Patrick. He was a very easy person to talk to about the car. I didn't try to lower the price because I though I recently bought a used Forester from Patrick. He was a very easy person to talk to about the car. I didn't try to lower the price because I thought it was a fair one compared with others I had seen posted on line. The car was very well inspected and prepped for sale. I did notice a rattling heat shield sound after I brought it home, but they repaired this for me at no charge. I will return when I need to trade this car in for something newer. Many years from now I think! More

They called me immediately when it became available. It was a little further to travel for me, but well worth it. The service was great from the moment I walked in. They were very busy, but managed to keep everyone engaged and comfortable while we waited. There was no pressure, no hassle, and it felt easy. I went back for inspection this week and they were quick and very nice. I have no misgivings about this deal, which is not usually the case when I purchase a vehicle. I might suggest some type of snack food be available, because they are extremely busy on weekends and just coffee doesn't quite do it. All in all, a good experience. More

The first time I went to check the oil I noticed the hood did not fit properly and it made a noise when I pushed on the corner of it. To make a long story short it has been there three times for the same and other issues and every time the service manager "Roger" tells me there is nothing he can do about any of the concerns I have had with the car. I've opened a claim with Subaru of America now and I am still pursuing it. This guy knows so little about the cars when I asked how to put the remote started in service mode he told me to disconnect the battery, The remote starter comes with a card explaining how but I could not find where they put it at first. Wouldn't bring him a roller skate to fix, terrible. More
Very happy after a full year since my purchase! Just got home after my free oil change. Had such a good experience, had to write kudos for Ocean Subaru! Not only did they do my free oil change, they topped off fluids, checked my tire pressure and filled, set my car's calendar, checked on a non-problem of a random piece of plastic I had found which turned out not to belong to my car, and *!Washed My Car!*, without my having asked, all for FREE! Plus they have a very hospitable, relaxing waiting area. And after a whole year since my purchase, I'm still in love with my wonderful 2015 Venetian Red Forester! More
