I looked at dealerships here, but they really didn't have what I wanted. They tried to sell me what they had on the lot. From the start Ocean Subaru contacted me and patiently addressed all my concerns. I was able to order the exact car I wanted from the factory. Ocean Subaru delivered my car and registered it MA. They even dealt with my insurance company, which was great! Every time I called, I was politely greeted and any questions I had were answered. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of each model and showed me how each one worked. Then we took a short drive to try them out. The Crosstrek won me over right away. Then Joe allowed me to take the Crosstrek out for a drive on the highway. That was super to see how the car would perform a higher speeds. Then Joe and Patrick helped find the Crosstrek of my dreams and the purchase was completed. I would recommend this dealership as a very friendly, informative and caring business to buy a car.
