Worth the Drive It was helpful that we knew what we wanted and you just happened to have it on the Internet and we by chance used an Internet "Car Finder" (TrueCar) t It was helpful that we knew what we wanted and you just happened to have it on the Internet and we by chance used an Internet "Car Finder" (TrueCar) that you were a member of. We called ahead and the car and Joe were waiting for us when we arrived after a 2.5 hour drive from mid-coast ME. We did a test drive and immediately said yes. The paperwork with the "Business Manager" was quick and "painless." That was on Saturday and on Monday the car was delivered to us at Mid-Coast ME by Joe and another employee. Pleased with purchase I Hadn't planned on buying a car that day, but they made it easier then what I ad experienced in the past, when buying a car. I would have preferred a less time consuming experience, I was at the dealership for almost 4 hours. :( My salesperson (Kyle) was new and I was his first sale, he did a very good job and I realized at the beginning the process would be a little drawn out, but he made it pleasant. Very nice young man and went out of his way to answer my questions; I think he'll be a great asset to the dealership. More

He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process- he was able to close the deal! Cheryl spent significant time going over the entire car w me, 'giving me the tour'! She really knows the cars! Not a pushy sales rep at all! I would highly recommend Cheryl as well as Patrick , in fact, tell them I sent you!!!! The reason I rated them four stars instead five is because I spent an afternoon at the dealership the prior day and couldn't get the price I wanted. As their best price guarantee says, they will meet or beat the lowest price and after doing some research they did! More
