We brought our Subaru Ascent in to have a slow leak in a tire repaired. The service representative knew I was waiting at the dealership for the work to be completed. After an hour or more I was told that I tire repaired. The service representative knew I was waiting at the dealership for the work to be completed. After an hour or more I was told that I had a slow leak at the valve stem. The repair with pre approval was not done!! The representative seemed more concerned about the results of a multipoint inspection, which I did not ask for than the repair requested. At this point I was not willing to wait another hour, and left the dealership. I will take my vehicle elsewhere for the repair. I am very disappointed. More

I'm a recent Subaru convert. A few years ago my Prius was totaled in the Lee Traffic Circle. I did a lot of research and landed on a Subaru Crosstrek as a replacement. I've loved A few years ago my Prius was totaled in the Lee Traffic Circle. I did a lot of research and landed on a Subaru Crosstrek as a replacement. I've loved it ever since. During Covid, Subaru wanted to offer me a lot of money for my used Crosstrek. I traded it in earlier than normal and upgraded to a new Crosstrek. I had to take the Crosstrek in for a normal but lengthy maintenance. They gave me a fully loaded Outback as a loaner car. From that moment on I was in love with the Outback and knew it would be my next car. I had tried working with my more local dealership but they never seemed to have cars in stock. I started working with McGovern but the timing wasn't right due to high interest rates. A.P. did a great job keeping in touch with me and keeping me posted on vehicles in stock. Finally, near the end of 2023 I got an email from McGovern talking about special interest rates that were very appealing. I texted A.P. and while there were no Onyx XT Outbacks available, they did have a black Outback Wilderness. I was nearby and headed to the dealership. I met with Alex Therrian who was amazing. Very laid back, no pressure. Took his time to answer my questions. I really like how this all worked out, the personal touch of A.P. keeping me posted on different Outbacks as they flowed through their inventory, and then finally meeting with Alex and making the purchase.
