I came in for service on the 30th of December for an annual inspection and it was discovered that I had a melted fog light assembly that was rendering the fog light as inoperable. We have had excellent service with McGOvern Subaru since we arrived in New Hampshire in 2020 with our 2015 Forester. We understand as you get over 125,000 miles that things will need attention, TJ (and JD) we arrived in New Hampshire in 2020 with our 2015 Forester. We understand as you get over 125,000 miles that things will need attention, TJ (and JD) deliver the update and understand our need to have a safe vehicle. The ability to have a loaner car truly adds an additional value for us when a surprise issue is identified. . TD and technician identified an issue that surprisingly a Subaru dealer/service 3 hours away messed up big time causing us to have to fix what they did at a different location (not finishing and inspecting what they had done).
