It is clear from your feedback that we did not meet the high standards we set for ourselves and our customers, and for that, we are truly sorry. The situation you described regarding the lack of communication and the unavailability of the required part at the time of your appointment is not acceptable. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive with the expectation that your vehicle would be serviced, only to find out that the necessary preparations had not been made.
