McGovern Toyota in Newington made me feel welcomed and important from start to finish. My salesman, Rowan, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, flexible, and respectful. He taught me about every feature of the important from start to finish. My salesman, Rowan, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, flexible, and respectful. He taught me about every feature of the Ascent from stem to stern, with confidence, before we even left for a test drive. Rowan took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and advocated for me when sales negotiations began. He not only offered me a ton of helpful Subaru information, but showed me the special dog room they have for clients, explained the dealership's community service initiatives, and offered me coffee and snacks while I waited. During my time at McGovern, Rowan kept me informed as well as comfortable. When I was ready to drive home in my new-used car, he gave me his business card and told me to call if I needed additional questions answered; he told me he would be willing to go over the car's features again so I knew how to operate all of the buttons, etc. This experience was very personable and low stress for me. In addition, I got a personal phone call from Rowan after the sale to let me know that an I.O.U. part had been ordered and they would call to let me know when it came in. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and Rowan, who to me is just a "kid" (same age range as my own children), was FAR more professional, respectful, and competent than any other salesmen I have dealt with previously....especially the older crowd at some dealerships!
