Brought my Sorrento in for a recall, also had a check engine light issue. There was a coupon for the check, engine, light for a free technician evaluation. Salesman Hans was very pleasant,but management was very lax. I requested that registration include retention of my previous plates, and it was checked on purchase form, as requested, but when I arrived the lax. Also, I made an error on the personal check I gave them and was so informed on the following business day. When I arrived I was informed that since the check was personal they would need a cashiers check, which they should have told me when they called about the issue in the first place. After offering a few alternative methods including direct withdrawall from my checking account the finance would not accept them. When I complained to the manager that I had to hire a home health aid to care for my wife and had a family member take time off from to drive me 25 miles to the dealership, I had no ride to rectify the problem, as she had left for work after dropping me off. The manager did accept my personal check, and offered to put my old plates on the car, but I accepted the new plates, but I was very agitated at management for not carefully reviewing the check and purchase order on the day I test drove the car and agreed to purchase it.
