23 December 2024 McGovern KIA Westwood, MA Re: Service Visit A few weeks ago, on 20 December, I made a service appointment for my 2024 KIA Sportage vehicle. Using the McGovern KIA web portal, I Service Visit A few weeks ago, on 20 December, I made a service appointment for my 2024 KIA Sportage vehicle. Using the McGovern KIA web portal, I tried making an appointment for service. I was having a slight problem entering my data in to the web site. I then called the service department and spoke to the Service Manager Jeff Kuznezov. I explained to him that I was having difficulty entering my information on to the McGovern KIA service appointment web page. Jeff listened to my dilemma and told me that he would fix the problem, as we talked. He took my information and in a few minutes he updated it into the KIA service computer program. All my data was entered into the system and my service appointment was made for my desired time. Jeff listened, explained what he was going to do to correct the situation. As we talked he made the appointment for me and that I would receive an email, with all the details regarding the service appointment. That’s exactly what happened. It was such a pleasure communicating with the service manager, Jeff Kuznezov. He was professional, a great listener, thoroughly competent at completing the task at hand. He informed me that he was available to talk to if there was any thing else he could help me with. On the day of my 20 December 2024 service appointment I arrived at 7:30 am. I drove up to the service department garage door entry into the service area. In a few minutes I drove into the service area and was greeted by the Service Advisor James Charron. He talked to me about what type of service I needed. He then explained what was involved in each aspect of my service request. Also the time period to expect the vehicle service to be completed. James listened and asked if I had any questions about the service. He also indicated that during the service time period, if I had a question, there was a text message site that went directly to his number. Just as James and I were finishing up the service paperwork details, the service manager, Jeff Kuznezov came by to introduce himself and asked if there was anything I needed or had any question about the service visit. He gave me his card and said don’t hesitate to call him again if I had any questions. It was such a great experience having two McGovern KIA service members “going that extra mile” to make sure I was happy with the service visit and the work that was completed I headed to the waiting area where I found hot coffee, clean waiting room area and a clean bathroom, comfortable chairs and a TV. Nice place to relax and wait. It wasn’t long before I received a text message indicating that my car service was completed and to return to the service desk area. James Charron greeted me and we over every aspect of the completed serviced items. Each one was explained to me, by James, on what the techs had serviced. What the cost was for each item and the total amount, less any coupons, for the entire service. While we were talking, the General Manager, James Peluso entered the service area and greeted me. We talked for awhile and he wanted to make sure that I had a good service experience. I told him that two of his employees, Jeff Kuznezov and James Charron were exemplary in making sure I did have a great experience in all the aspects of McGovern KIA. I recently bought a new Kia Forte at McGovern in Norwood. They went above and beyond to make the experience positive. I feel that they were fair without the high pressure tactics. Peter was an excellent sale They went above and beyond to make the experience positive. I feel that they were fair without the high pressure tactics. Peter was an excellent salesman to work with. He knew his stuff, communicated well and was very pleasant. If you’re looking for a car, I’d certainly recommend checking them out. More
