Lack of training with staff with the sales process and phones that just ring related to some ongoing phone issue . No one ever picks up especially if you have an issue . Took me 7 days to pick up my car after it arrived on the lot. Also the woman that answers the phone at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills( when the phone finally gets picked up!) The only person that ever called me back was the GM James, who seems very attentive to my concerns and wants to work on improving the car buying experience for others .The only positive thing out of this is that I did get the car I wanted and I love it so far .
