Recently purchased a Toyota Highlander I inquired about the vehicle online and was told it was available and on the lot. Arrived at the dealership and was told the vehicle was being serviced and being held the vehicle online and was told it was available and on the lot. Arrived at the dealership and was told the vehicle was being serviced and being held at a different facility and it would take them a couple hours to get it here. I had work that day so agreed to come back the following day to test drive it. I returned the following day and met with Warren Rice who was very professional and knowledgeable and had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. Ended up purchasing the vehicle which had some minor cosmetic issues addressed which Warren took care of right away. Overall great experience from a small busy dealership. More
