I had a great experience with my sales person and everyone… up until I decided against getting the extended warranties. The day I picked the car up I noticed some cosmetic issues that were camouflage everyone… up until I decided against getting the extended warranties. The day I picked the car up I noticed some cosmetic issues that were camouflaged or waxed (more visible once washed) and was told that was part of getting a used car and because I didn’t get the warranties nothing could really be done. It’s unfortunate due to the damage being done prior to pick up. But please learn from my mistake. Not to mention my brother just bought the warranties & they don’t cover scratches )only dents). More
