Purchased a car, paid for it and was told I could pick it up within a week, they found out later when they did there inspection that a mist light was broken and that they needed to replace the whole bumper. up within a week, they found out later when they did there inspection that a mist light was broken and that they needed to replace the whole bumper. So there the delays started. They promised me to call back and give me updates many times but they never did, I had to call them every time. And then when the car is finally ready they ask me too call the insurance because they where not getting paperwork back (apparently I have to do there job now), I told them at 11.30am they need to send the back of title as well not only the front (that is what insurance company said) by 4pm friday they come back to me and ask me to send it (without the back of the title) Because that is how they usually do it, well I have told you this morning to add the back of title and still they did not take action then. After calling again !! and telling them to send it all (without the back of title) to the insurance company they said they would send do it again. So we have to wait again probably another day, maybe more because it is Friday end of the day by now. Looks like they just don’t care about any of there costumer’s after you paid for the car, just ridiculous worst experience ever buying a car. Probably will receive the car 12/14 days after buying/paying. But they said you get it within a week when I bought it and paid it, confirmed by 2 employees. I also told them I need the car for work so I need it fast, no problem they said. I hope to see any compensation for all this but I highly doubt it. More

Most important to our decision to be the car we chose was Luis, the salesperson. He has the type of laidback personality that made my wife and I comfortable.
