I recently leased a Kia telluride from McGovern Kia of Norwood. My experience was great from start to finish. I walked in on my lunch break after researching Tellurides. This is when I met Erick a sal Norwood. My experience was great from start to finish. I walked in on my lunch break after researching Tellurides. This is when I met Erick a salesman at Kia. I told him I had 20 minutes he jokingly counted down the minutes and helped answer my questions within my time frame. He wasn’t pushy at all and very knowledgeable. I told him I would be back after work. When I arrived after work Erick patiently went over options with me. He asked what my budget was and what I was looking for as far as monthly payment. Throughout the whole process he respected my budget and thoroughly went over options with me. He showed me new and used tellurides went over the differences the vehicles had and then broke all my payments down and what I could expect with an option of buying new, buying used or leasing. He was honest and not pushy at all. After going over all the numbers I told him I needed to give it some thought and I’d get back to him. He completely respected that and I was on my way. The next day I headed to another Kia dealership and right off the bat the experience didn’t seem as genuine and helpful. I went over numbers at this dealership and left telling them I would get back to them. As I was thinking over my options Erick called to check in. He told me to come back down so we could discuss options further. I headed back to Norwood because I inew Erick would be my best bet for an honest deal. I was right! We went over options one last time and with his knowledge and my budget in mind we decided to go with the leasing option. I then told Erick it would be nice if I didn’t have to come back and could just take the car home today. Erick worked tirelessly to make that happen even hitting some road blocks with a title issue (on my end). All the staff here were amazing from the finance guy to the general manager Jimmy who took the time to come chat with me as well. I would highly recommend using McGovern Kia if Norwood the process was painlesss and everyone there weee very honest and you could tell they respected my budget and wanted to help me get what I wanted. 5 stars!
