Hello, Thank you for taking the time to outline your concerns. I understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially given the multiple visits and the distance involved, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I do want to clarify that Service would not have promised a navigation update. While navigation updates can sometimes be discussed, they are not guaranteed unless explicitly written on the repair order. At this time, there is no documentation confirming that a navigation update was approved or performed. Regarding the other concerns, our process requires that all issues be physically written on the repair order at the time of drop-off. This documentation is what allows us to properly diagnose concerns and determine coverage or approval for repairs. The replacement used meets required standards, though it was an aftermarket windshield. At the time you dropped the vehicle off for the windshield replacement, you mentioned that the antenna did not appear flush. When the vehicle was later seen at Acton, the antenna was inspected and determined to be broken. Unfortunately, because this concern was not documented in writing during the original visit, we are unable to retroactively authorize or honor the repair. We understand that had the issue been identified as broken earlier, you would have addressed it immediately. This is precisely why written documentation at the time of service is essential, as it protects both the customer and the service department and ensures there is no confusion later. You purchased the vehicle in July of 2025. We never heard about this issue until the other day 6 + months later We regret the inconvenience this process has caused and appreciate your feedback, which helps reinforce the importance of clear, written documentation moving forward.

The car was Officially purchased and picked up August 2. That is not over 6 months , Had i known the Atena was broken i would have immediately brought it for repair as i did with the windshield , Courney was very much aware of the Atena even still and im sure it was noted seeing how she was going to book another appointment for it , but made it sound as just probably needed tighen i said i will take it to Acton yes time had passed i went during School Vaction break December Acton. and they Told me to take it back to norwood i made the appointment, No one called me denying it. I drove an hour there because now you see it obviously broken now you respond you never physically documented it
