When I drove my vehicle into the serv visit- 31 October 2025 The morning of the day I was having my 2024 KIA Sportage, 15k serviced was Halloween. When I drove my vehicle into the service area I noticed that many of the employees were in a festive mood but still maintaining a proper business decorum. I was greeted by Senior Service Advisor James Charron. On prior service visits to Mc Govern Kia I have had James as my Service Advisor. He has always greeted me in a friendly professional manner that conveys that he is happy to see me and to make my service visit a pleasant experience. James always explains what services will be completed based on the car’s mileage. Also the time frame for the service visit to be completed. I waited in the dealership lounge, which had limited refreshments, TV and a extremely clean bathroom. During my wait James updated me on the service progress of my car. While I was waiting in the lounge area the Service Manager Jeff Kuznezov came over to greet me and explained what service were presently being done and any further maintenance that might be needed at my next service visit. Jeff was informative, professional and listened to any questions or concerns that I might have. The time flew by and before I knew it my Sportage service was all completed. James, came to the lounge area and explained the work completed and directed me to the cashier who was also friendly and had a nice smile. Just as I was about to leave the General Manager Jimmy Peluso came out from the showroom and greeted me. He wanted to know if I was happy about my service work and my experience with staff. I told him that everything I encountered at the dealership today was exceptional. His staff was totally professional in all areas. I enjoyed talking to Jimmy. I can highly recommend McGovern Kia for any service needs or purchasing a new Kia. It’s success is predicated by a highly well run dealership under the leadership of Jimmy Peluso and his staff. I recently had an impressive experience at my local KIA dealership, and I just had to share! I booked an oil change appointment online for 4:30 PM and planned to wait while it was done. However, when I arr dealership, and I just had to share! I booked an oil change appointment online for 4:30 PM and planned to wait while it was done. However, when I arrived, James informed me that my appointment was mistakenly set for 3:30 PM, and they were already closed. Feeling a bit flustered, I showed him my phone confirming the 4:30 time. James was incredibly apologetic and assured me he’d get me in as soon as possible. True to his word, I was rescheduled for two days later. When I returned, James immediately recognized me and apologized again for the mix-up, ensuring I would be taken care of. I settled in to do some work, and before I knew it, James personally came out to let me know my car was ready. Not only was the service prompt, but everything was A-OK with my vehicle. This is the second KIA I’ve purchased from this dealership, previously known as Dan O’Brien, and I must say, the service under the new ownership has been exceptional. I’ve never had such a positive experience before, and I’m grateful for the attentive and efficient service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer care! More

I've worked with Brandon at McGovern Kia twice, and both times it was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Brandon is knowledgeable, service oriented, and genuinely cares about making the exp times it was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Brandon is knowledgeable, service oriented, and genuinely cares about making the experience positive for the buyer. He does everything in his power to make the car buying experience positive. He was even kind enough to “hand deliver” my new car to my home after hours! Highly recommend! More

Lurgy worked me till the end and got me a great deal. I came to buy a gas variant but ended by buying a hybrid model for almost the price of a gas variant.
