I recently had a disappointing experience with Kia McGovern Norwood while purchasing an Audi Q7. I communicated that I would only proceed with the purchase if these issues were addressed, and they assured me that the tires would be replaced and the roof lubricated. Upon my initial visit, my sales representative informed me that the vehicle came with a 5-year powertrain warranty and two keys. I agreed to pick up the car the following Saturday, allowing ample time for repairs. However, when I arrived after a week, the car was not ready. I encountered further delays due to a tint on the front windshield that required removal before the inspection sticker could be issued. I had to wait from 11 AM to 3 PM for this to be resolved, and I was left to obtain the inspection sticker on a different day. Upon driving the car, I discovered that the noise from the roof persisted. I spoke with a manager who advised me to bring the car in for service. During this visit, I inquired about the second key, only to be informed that the car came with only one key and a two-month state warranty. After numerous follow-ups over the next ten days, they located the second key. On March 17, I had an appointment to address the roof issue. Two weeks later, I received a call from Molly, informing me that the car had been taken to an Audi dealership, where they determined that the entire panoramic roof needed replacement. They took the car back to attempt repairs, assuring me that the issue was resolved. However, just three minutes into driving the car after picking it up, the rattling noise returned. I promptly returned to the service department, where I presented a video demonstrating the issue. Despite my concerns and the ongoing back-and-forth for over a month, the problem remains unresolved. Most recently, I was informed by Jeff, the service manager, that the source of the noise was attributed to the back license plate, and after his assessment, I was told the car was ready. Unfortunately, the rattling noise from the roof returned shortly after I left the dealership. Overall, my experience with Kia McGovern Norwood has been frustrating and stressful due to the lack of effective communication and resolution. More
Today I had an oil change and a recall issue resolved, and the entire experience was excellent. Communication from the service team was clear and proactive, with regular updates.
