My wife and I bought a car. We wanted to transfer existing tags. Salesman titled the car to me rather than my wife without noticing her name on the trade-in. This issue took 2 h We wanted to transfer existing tags. Salesman titled the car to me rather than my wife without noticing her name on the trade-in. This issue took 2 hours to resolve, the next day. Yes, *the next day*, after we’d been driving illegally for 24 hours (car wasn’t properly titled or tagged). Luckily it was only another 2 hours for them to “take care” of the inspection. We received no updates throughout that process. We also paid for all weather mats that really should’ve been included with the purchase (“I forgot to mention that during negotiations. I usually do.”) Dealer did promise to reimburse us for the all weather mats, but I’ll believe it when I get the check in the mail. More
