The one lane service entrance with the garage door was strange and cramped, the sign outside said honk to open the door. I felt like I was in a small house garage. This was the worst experience of my life. They rushed my new car off the lot and into my hands and I told them 3 times I was in no rush it could wait until all the registration was done and i They rushed my new car off the lot and into my hands and I told them 3 times I was in no rush it could wait until all the registration was done and it had a sticker on it. I don’t even know how to open the gas tank nothing was even shown to me. Then they texted and said my license was expired after some back and forth and finally getting involved it was determined they had pulled the wrong file. In their haste to clean my car and get it in my hands they did a poor job in cleaning it and I still have the remnants of a sticker on my windshield. I’m very unhappy as to how I have been treated and I left a message for the general manager and he never returned my call. Ill make my second trip and take my future business elsewhere. the only positive was the finance guy tony he was awesome. More
