For the first time in 30 years, we made a decision to consider purchasing an auto that was not a Toyota or Honda. We knew we wanted a midsize hybrid car with cutting edge safety features, and heard abou consider purchasing an auto that was not a Toyota or Honda. We knew we wanted a midsize hybrid car with cutting edge safety features, and heard about Hyundai's extensive warrantees. Thus we visited McGovern Hyundai in Wilmington, the closest dealership to our home, to get acquainted with the features of Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and their Tucson Hybrid SUV. We were met at the door by Adolfo Cabrera who was excellent at answering our many extensive questions and did a great job of explaining the difference features available in each of the lines and models of those two hybrid cars, both for 2023 and 2024. I really appreciated his level of knowledge and the fact that if he did not know the answer to a very technical question, he stated so and offered to look it up rather than make up an answer, like so many salesmen do. He showed us a few cars on the lot. He was easy going, not pushy, and extremely helpful. As it was getting near closing time, he arranged for us to test drive a Sonata Hybrid the next time we were free, and as a result we decided we would definitely go with a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid this time around. Since we did not feel the pictures on the computer screen were true to color, we wanted to view all the colors the car came in by seeing actual cars. Since the number of available cars currently on the lot was severely limited, in the end, through no fault of their own, the dealership did not have enough of a selection of the specific car we wished to purchase. However, I was so impressed by Adolfo Cabrera and this McGovern Hyundai Rt 93 dealership, that I plan to use it in the future to service my new car. More
