Truly awful for service. I waited six weeks for an appointment for a known recall issue. They know why the appointment was made. I literally included the link to the recall notice in my appointment request online. I couldn't change the appointment despite conflicts in my schedule because it will be another 6 week wait. I finally get there, and they don't have the parts???? Lost 3 hours of work on a work day for this appointment and they didn't even make sure they had the part they KNEW I needed. So made a new appointment, waiting weeks more, and I now need to reschedule again and can't even get someone to answer the phone. I am so unbelievably frustrated by this entire thing and honestly don't want to buy Hyundai ever again if this is the situation (and it is) when there are known recall issues. More

Purchased from McGovern Hyundai Wilmington a new 2025 Palisade Calligraphy trim in mid-December 2024 and only now, 4 weeks later, have WiFi activated but I STILL don’t have wireless Apple CarPlay (yes th Palisade Calligraphy trim in mid-December 2024 and only now, 4 weeks later, have WiFi activated but I STILL don’t have wireless Apple CarPlay (yes this model and trim is supposed to have it!). Active WiFi was only obtained after 7 separate calls to BlueLink totaling 8 hours. Only after the 8th call did the BlueLink rep just give me a number to Verizon and tell me to call them myself to active service. Easy, right? I was supposed to get 3 months free WiFi (a $90 value). Nope. So now I have WiFi, NO wireless CarPlay, waisted 8 hours of my life and have $90 less in my pocket…. Was it worth it? Nope Was anyone at McGovern Hyundai any help? Nope Am I happy with my Hyundai purchase? Nope Would I recommend Hyundai to a friend? Nope Would I purchase a Hyundai again? Nope Will I ever get wireless CarPlay? Maybe but probably after spending another 8 hours with BlueLink. More
Went in to pick up cross bars for my 2023 Santa fe. I asked if someone could install them for me. I did not have an appointment. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in. So far so good with this dealership. Had a problem with the 12 volt battery on my ionic5. They did another recall and I’m hoping this fixes it.
