I would and do recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to get out of a bad situation and into something you can build upon and feel good about driving! Working with Darcy was great! She greeted me as soon as I pulled up and was super helpful! I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to make a deal during this visit but I'm very glad that everything worked out! Darcy was very helpful with getting me what I wanted in my new vehicle and keeping me where I wanted to stay financially. Plus, with the vehicle she was very intelligent and helpful to answer any questions I had while we were going through all the functions of the vehicle. Very personable and I thank her very much for her excellent customer service. 2117 Santa Fe sport Overall review is excellent. However there was a issue on price which I believe your dealership could improve. I have purchased a car from you before Overall review is excellent. However there was a issue on price which I believe your dealership could improve. I have purchased a car from you before and as such did not experience the following issue. CURRENT EXPERIENCE After a hand shake on price I came back to dealership so my wife could see the car and I could give a down payment . Upon my return I was told there was a pricing mistake and the price was increased by $500 . Reason given was that a rebate for financing a car was included in original price and had to be excluded since I was paying cash and not financing. Johnny was told THREE TIMES that I would not finance before the handshake on price. Explanation given by another sales person was he didn't know that even though Johnny told me he told the sales manager? We split the $500 and in addition was offered a free car service at 3000 miles. This did not give me or my wife a good impression of the dealership. If reason given is was true then here is area to improve pricing relationships with future customers (accurate pricing before handshake). More
