Stress Free Experience I came into Rte Hyundai to replace a bulb on my 2013 Accent. While waiting around, I started looking at the cars and found Erica Andries and started I came into Rte Hyundai to replace a bulb on my 2013 Accent. While waiting around, I started looking at the cars and found Erica Andries and started to ask her questions about a possible new car purchase. I knew that they were in the midst of their end of the year clearance and there's often good deals to be had. My current car also had 84,000 miles on it and I thought that if the numbers worked out, I could trade it in for a new one. Erica was very friendly and helpful with no pressure at all. She did all the preliminary footwork with no guarantee that I would purchase a new vehicle. She was attentive to my needs and requests and she eventually introduced me to Johnny Chiaravalle who was able to answer any other questions that I had. Johnny has an easy going way and very quickly made me feel like he was on my side. I noticed on the test drive, he was very attentive to any concerns I might have with the vehicle that I did not mention. Together, they really provided a relaxing environment for truly enjoyable car buying experience. This was my 3rd car from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone that ever asks. More

Quick leasing of new car I was greeted immediately at door and introduced to Ms. Kelly. She determined my needs n took me for test drive. Easy to deal with and no high pressure My husband and I had been shopping for a new SUV and had already looked at several different models, at our dealerships. We were looking for certain My husband and I had been shopping for a new SUV and had already looked at several different models, at our dealerships. We were looking for certain features on the vehicle and also cost and monthly payments was a primary factor, since we are on a fixed income. When we went to the Hyundai dealership, in our area we knew almost immediately that we might be interested in the Hyundai Tuscon limited. At that point , the sales associate., Williams Landine, introduced himself and provided us with a lot of information about the vehicle.. The features that it had were about all that we really needed. We also were able to negotiate a final cost, that we felt comfortable with. Because we wanted a different color, we were told they found the color we wanted and would have it a.s.a.p. Peter, in finance, was very efficient and informative, when we signed papers. We expected to wait a long time to take possession of the vehicle and were pleasantly surprised when we received a call to pick up the car, a couple of days later. Mr.Landine introduced us to the service area and also went over all the features in the vehicle, before we drove it off the lot. All in all we were very impressed with the whole process and would recommend the Hyundai to family and friends.. More
