I went to Hyundai to see what my 2012 Elantra would be worth and what the 2017 models had to offer. I was not planning to purchase a new car that day but after seeing the new cars and talking with Joshua and Garcia I decided to trade up and I am now leasing a 2017 Elantra. We did have a little bit of an issue completing the transaction between the finance department and my insurance company. Not sure where the problem lied but it did take a few telephone calls from Hyundai and my insurance company to finalize the transaction. All in all I was very satisfied with process and would recommend Route 2 Hyundai to friends. More

It takes one to know one. I thought I knew what I wanted. I had done my research on line at AAA and other car sites. I had everything picked out and checked off. Everything wen I thought I knew what I wanted. I had done my research on line at AAA and other car sites. I had everything picked out and checked off. Everything went fine until my first test drive. Thankfully the staff at Route 2 took the time to listen to my issues and suggest solutions. After testing two more cars I was almost there. The fourth test drive was the one for me.
