Garcia Wong is ruining your business I was 19 years old with a 89 year old woman. Garcia took advantage of us, and we stupidly ended up paying $19,500 for a 2014 Elantra with 40,000 miles I was 19 years old with a 89 year old woman. Garcia took advantage of us, and we stupidly ended up paying $19,500 for a 2014 Elantra with 40,000 miles on it. He brought out a 2016 Elantra and let me test drive it. I liked it and was ready to purchase. He then said that at was no longer available and brought out a 2014, and didn't even offer me a test drive We at first took out a loan but quickly realized that would of meant we paid over 30,000 and I was harassed and told I couldn't leave unless I gave a good review first which is exactly why their reviews are so high so we were returned to the store 3 days later to be told we could not return the car, they would not allow it. Garcia was belligerent and plain out rude. We threatened to get a lawyer and he left us sitting alone and refused to help us any longer until someone else came by to help. Not to mention, this is the first car I've ever bought, i needed help! They basically told us there was nothing they could do, so we were left with no other option. I ha to use my money for COLLEGE because these people completely disregarded us. Not to mention they put my aunt on as a cosigner without her consent.. they lied to her telling her she was only signing documents because I was unemployed at the time and that none of it was in her name or had anything to do with her. I left in tears, my boyfriend left pissed and my aunt left extremely disappointed. Garcia Wong shouldn't have a job with people in general never mind at Hyundai. He is rude, manipulative and judgemental. I've even seen him in stores prior to this event and he's made remarks, been unprofessional and even almost scary at times. He even personally replied to my review on the Facebook page calling me a liar. I am not a liar, this is the true story of how immature this man actually is. This is not someone you want representing your company. I still feel traumatized by these events and we do not deserve to go unnoticed. More
