2017 Sonata Sport Find this in prior part of survey for 2013, 2015 & 2017----I have purchased a new 2013 Elantra. Seventeen months later treaded in on a 2015 Elantra. B Find this in prior part of survey for 2013, 2015 & 2017----I have purchased a new 2013 Elantra. Seventeen months later treaded in on a 2015 Elantra. Both were good cares and I wasn't in market yet to update yet due to wife having accident which Totaled the 2017 and having Gap insurance was able to start looking at vehicles in less than a week. (Would like to add that NONE of the Air Bags Deployed in 2015 Elantra & it was also a Roll Over.) I purchased a 2017 Sonata Sport, Hind sight I think if I had to do it again I would have purchased next level Sport Sonata up. Also when I signed papers the mileage discloser said it had 25 miles on it. I fact when heading home from dealer noticed it had 180 miles on it and a NY Safety Sticker, this was a MA purchase. I sure hope this wasn't previously Registered in another state or the Albany, NY Dealers Demo Car and sold as NEW to me in MA. I must say both Salesman Garcia & Finance person Peter did treat me right. More

Amazing sales and finance team I'm not one to rate anything online but I had to give 5 stars to RT 2 Hyundai. The whole sales and finance team are just awesome. We came in one night I'm not one to rate anything online but I had to give 5 stars to RT 2 Hyundai. The whole sales and finance team are just awesome. We came in one night late and Erica and Micheal were amazing. Micheal worked with us for about two months before we even came in to purchase our car. Erica helped us that night and she was awesome! It's a dealership so ofcourse they are not going to give the cars away but we feel we paid a fair price. It was slightly over Kelly Blue book but that was ok and here's why:) during our test drive my husband noticed that the car pulled to the right slightly and the power option on the steering wheel wasn't working right. Erica immediately said no problem we will definitely check it out and find out what's wrong. We left that evening already approved for the car and feeling very comfortable with our decision. But the very best news came the next day as promised, Erica had the car pulled into service and checked out. They found a list of things that needed to be fixed in the car that we probably never work would have even known were wrong. There is no dealership in history that I've ever worked with that not only checked out problems but let you know every single thing wrong with a used car and then fix it on top of all that. They could've very easily let me drive off with it having issues. Now I know most people who leave these types of reviews would've said well then they should've given you the car at a better price. See we don't agree as my husband and I own a shop and we understand that even though they are fixing the issue, they still have to pay for the parts, pay the service technicians plus they have overhead and just a the very cost of running a business. So no it's not right to ask them to deduct any more off the price of the car and then on top of that pay for $4000 with the work. They have to make a living too. I mean Not only did they give us for a brand new tires, brand new brakes and many other things but they did it quickly. I don't mind paying a little extra for something if the service is top notch and at route 2 Hyundai it definitely is. They were absolutely amazing to deal with their level of customer service is extremely high. They had to replace a lightbulb in the headlights and when we went to pick the car up that evening we met with Megan who was equally as amazing as Erica, she helped us with the final signing and delivery of the car. She was so friendly and she even came in after her normal work hours to help us, who does that? No one, only people who care about their customers do that. The Finance gentleman that helped us was top notch he stayed late and explained everything Perfectly. When we started the car the headlight on one side was out, and without even missing a beat Megan said I will pull it into service first thing in the morning and we will have it looked at. Because we were on able to come back and pick it up due to our crazy work schedule, the manager Mikey he was absolutely amazing and authorized the girls to deliver the car to us at our store. What service they came promptly when we opened the next day and they brought our car with a full tank of gas right to us. We honestly couldn't have asked for better service. This dealership is top-notch straight A's all the way and will be the only place that our family purchases cars from . Thank you Rt 2 Hyundai!!! More
