Oh my gosh, where do I start? First of all I was out with my friend who was in the market for a new car. I am a previous Hyundai owner (Excel and Elantra) and have thought them to be worth the money so we c my friend who was in the market for a new car. We were met by Aubrey and for the first time I did NOT do the inward groan of "here they come". She was professional yet very personable and immediately made us feel comfortable. I have to say these newer Hyundais are nothing like the ones I owned! Sporty and sleek, these cars are NICE!! Even though I was here for my friend, I couldn't resist taking a test drive. Honestly if there had been a camera in the car it would have made the perfect commercial for the Sonata!! What an incredible car!!!! I could not stop going on about it and laughing. Aubrey was so informative about the car and long story short, I ended up buying a Sonata that very day and driving it home!! My friend did as well! I consider myself a frugal person and this was something I couldn't walk away from. The quality that you get for the money you spend is insane and I've received SO many compliments on my car. My husband loved driving it so much he went out and bought himself a white one. Still like my classy sleek silver better!! Thank you Aubrey for EVERYTHING!! Will be sending folks your way soon. More

This was my first experience leasing a car from Hyundai. Zack made the process extremely user friendly. At no time did I feel pressured. He sought to define my needs and to meet them. Several days after I made the purchase, Mr. Glenn called me to make sure I was satisfied with the service and the vehicle. He told me to contact him at any time if I had any questions or concerns. My took in her Sonta for the 50,000 (she was over that by less than 10,000) miles checkup. She came in on a Tuesday and she was given a free loaner but because it was a rental she took the insurance for $20 less than 10,000) miles checkup. She came in on a Tuesday and she was given a free loaner but because it was a rental she took the insurance for $20, it was only going to be a day so we thought. In the checkup, the found in issue so they had to order the part but it would be in the next day they told us. So she kept the rental and we get charged for another $20, still not to bad but now the charge is adding up for this "free" rental. The next day, Wednesday, the called to say it was the wrong part and the will overnight the correct part. Another charge of $20. Then on Wednesday, the called to say the mechanic found an issue with a belt do we want to replace it. I said yes, why are the finding this issue on Wednesday when the "checked" the car over on Tuesday? On Thursday the called to say the couldn't overnight the part so it will be in on Friday. So we get another charge of $20 for the "free" rental. They finally fix the car but my wife has to work so she gets the rental back after the time (day) for the rental company and yes we get another charge of $20. So now this "free" rental cost almost $120 ($20 per day and taxes) plus the cost of replacing the belt. More
