My husband, daughter and I walked into this dealership a few weeks ago saying we were just looking. Johnny C. showed us the 2012 Accent GLS and instantly I fell in love with it. I did my homework for a few weeks researching every thing I could about this car, worked with some people I knew at other dealerships, and returned this Presidents Day weekend to test drive the car. We were at the dealer for about 2 hours total. During that time I was able to test drive the new car, trade in my old car and get the new car hassle free. I spent several months car shopping and researching which car would be just right for me. I visited serveral dealerships, went on numerous test drives, and spoke to many sales associates. Nothing worse then going to a dealership, being chased in the lot while just looking around, speaking to pushy sales associates that are not interested in your needs but more so making a deal. I am not a fan of being bombarded with phone calls, harrassed for all my information and wanting to crunch numbers immediately. This was certainly not the case for Route 2 Hyundai in Leominster. After visiting Route 2 Hyundai, i knew they were the best fit for me. Great dealership and fantastic customer service. I had the pleasure of working with sales associate, Joshua Hamel. I highly reccomend asking for Josh when visiting this dealership. Very professional, trustworthy, funny, efficent, and very easy to work with. I never once felt any pressure to buy or taken advantage of. The experience was simple, quick, and very painless. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the process was. I expected to spend hours in the dealership filling out paperwork, discussing finances, etc. But this was not the case. Everything was straight forward, explained thoroughly, and easy to understand. I was very happy with my final purchase price and trade in value. Not to mention the great incentives the dealership offers and being able to hit the gong at delivery. I am very happy with my overall car buying experience. This is my first Hyundai purchase, and i am sure it won't be my last.
