High pressure sales is a turn off for me -- Brendan was not pushy. Overhearing the salesman at the desk next to him was a different story (that's why I say ask for Brendan). We were very comfortable with our purchase and did not feel like we were settling. The owner was also very nice and accomodating. He made me and my 2 rambunctious kids feel welcome. And after we closed the deal he didnt just move on to the next customer...he made us feel valued as we got into our brand new car to drive away. We were welcomed more as invited guests than "prospects" when we stopped by to have a look around and kick a few tires. Not once did we feel pressured or being "sold". Being allowed to casually browse is extremely important to me. We were cheerfully and graciously given the opportunity to take a car out for a test drive . Questions were answered honestly and details explained clearly. Never once did we feel rushed, intimidated, or "unimportant". We left the dealership pleasantly surprised. After a quick family discussion over lunch we returned for a second look at a car we had become interested in. Without hesitation or question we were escorted to the car for a more thorough inspection and Q & A. Finalizing the deal felt more like it was our idea than the salesman's. Garcia's demeanor and professionalism guiding us through the business details was incredible. He saw to it that we understood every aspect of the car buying process but made it feel like we were a group of old acquaintances chatting over a coffee. The delivery process was no different. Not once did we feel rushed. Garcia saw to every detail from sync'ing my cell phone to transferring the registration and getting an inspection sticker. Throughout the entire process he made us feel as though we were the only people he was interested in. There are a lot of places that sell cars.
