First New Car My Husband and I had an old Truck that was on it's last leg , Not a lot of credit or cash down and little hopes of walking out with any car let alone My Husband and I had an old Truck that was on it's last leg , Not a lot of credit or cash down and little hopes of walking out with any car let alone a brand new one with 4 miles on it but Eddie Toro and the rest of the staff made it possible for us to have our first brand new car ! The entire staff was great from the Moment we walked in, the dealership was spotless, well lit and comfortable. Eddie was pleasent and Knowledgable and made the stressfull experiance of car buying a great experiance. We were sent here by a family member who had just as good as an experiance and we tell everyone who ask about our car to go talk to Eddie and the Rte 2 staff! More

Darcy Tucker-Employee of the month! Darcy Tucker is an awesome sales woman. She was very patient with the five-year-old that was there with us. She gave him markers and paper to color, gave him a drink and an orange, played tic-tac-toe with him,let him play games on her phone, and even let him bang the gong, which he got the biggest kick out of. She also gave my mother and I beverages. She was friendly, patient, kind, considerate, understanding, and a very nice person. My mom is very happy with her 2015 Elantra. She was also very happy that she could give her other car to her granddaughter. The only complaint would be, that it took hours, but that wasn`t Darcy`s fault. I would suggest that you have more staff, as far as finance people, because it`s difficult sitting there for hours, especially for the elderly. Excellent customer service is very important. You have to do everything in your power to please your customers. They come first, and without them, there would be no business. I`m glad that Darcy wasn`t pushy. The sales person should actually care about the customer, and make sure the customer gets the vehicle that they`re totally happy with. The sales person should never just care about making a sale, and getting their commission. Darcy actually hugged all three of us, instead of shaking our hands. The five-year-old loved her so much, that he jumped up and wrapped his legs around her waist, and hugged her good-bye. And, I think there should be a snack machine.-lol. You don`t want to lose Darcy Tucker. Thank you. More

Great Service William isn't like the typical sales shark you may get greeted by when you go to a dealership. When he walked up to myself and my husband he greeted u William isn't like the typical sales shark you may get greeted by when you go to a dealership. When he walked up to myself and my husband he greeted us, and listened to what we actually wanted. He did not at any time try to upsell or down sell us. He simply listened and brought out a car that matched our request. We got to test drive it, learn its features and drive it home all within 3 hours. It was quick and convenient and there was no pressure felt, even during the closing and cost negotiation stage. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again to buy a new SUV. More
Buyer BEWARE Worst car shopping experience... Ever! This is a short version of the story. Little background history: my family has purchased Hyundais since the Worst car shopping experience... Ever! This is a short version of the story. Little background history: my family has purchased Hyundais since the 1980s!! From the Hyundai Excel, Hyundai Accent and the Sonata, we have never had a major issue with any of our cars! I live in Lunenburg and every other car that I see on the road in this area is a Hyundai purchased from route 2 Hyundai. I needed to purchase a car for my mom and this dealership was the first one that came to mind. My fiancé and I arrived and we were greeted by Erika. I was straight forward with her and told her that I needed a used car for around $10,000. She took down all of my information and then introduced us to Garcia. The deal of the day was a used Hyundai Accent for $11,000, $1,000 over budget but I was willing to spend a little extra. First impression of the car from inside of the dealership: nice and small, perfect for one person like my mother. I was excited to take a test drive until... We go outside to get a closer look at the car. It's covered in pollen. It's allergy season, I get it! Erika opens the hood and surprise, surprise!! It was filthy! In my head I was thinking, "did they just pull this car out of a lake?" Strike 1. As my fiancé was looking at the engine, I took a walk around the car. The inside was completely TRASHED (open Hall's cough drop bag in the driver's front door, French fries on the back seat, etc) ! I didn't even want to sit in the car because the seats were stained with god knows what. I immediately told Erika that I was NOT going to take a test drive and that I wanted to see the next car they had. We go back inside and Garcia asked what was wrong. HA! I told him about all of the problems and he couldn't believe it. We go back outside to show him how dirty the car was and his response, "we just got this car this morning and we haven't had the chance to clean it out." Really? It's 2pm in the afternoon, how long does it take to vacuum a car? You have 5+ people standing outside doing nothing, put them to work. Thankfully my fiancé has eyes like a hawk and noticed that car was already rusting. Garcia's response? "We can touch it up with some paint." Strike 2. It seemed at times that Garcia was getting frustrated with us but I should have asked him, "would you buy this car for your mom?" I bet you his response would have been NO! Yes my fiancé and I are young but we are not dumb. We have dealt with many dealerships in the past and have never seen anything quite like this. Let's just say that I took my business elsewhere, purchased a car that was lightly used with NO scratches/dents/rust, spent more than $11,000, and better yet, IT WAS CLEAN! Sorry Hyundai, you have LOST a life long customer. BUYER BEWARE! End rant. More
