ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND, WE BROUGHT OUR NEW SONATA TO ROUE 2 HYUNDAI IN LEOMINSTER FOR THE FIRST SERVICE. WE WERE GREETED WITH SMILING FACES AND FRIENDLY STAFF. WE WERE THERE ABOUT THIRTY MINUTES IN A VE ROUE 2 HYUNDAI IN LEOMINSTER FOR THE FIRST SERVICE. WE WERE GREETED WITH SMILING FACES AND FRIENDLY STAFF. WE WERE THERE ABOUT THIRTY MINUTES IN A VERY CLEAN WAITING AREA THAT SERVED A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE AND TALKED WITH THE OWNER WHO CAME OVER TO GREET US. WE MET GINO WHEN WE PURCHASED THE NEW VEHICLE AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE WORKED IN THE AUTOMOBILE BUSINESS FOR 48 YEARS, 25 YEARS WITH GM AND 23 YEARS WITH CHRYSLER. We were looking for a new Hyundia Santa Fe. Our first stop was at a different dealership. After getting their "out the door" price we shopped a few other dealerships including Rte 2. When we went back to the original dealership to see if they would match Rte 2 Hyundai they actually increased their quote! We would definately work with your dealership in the future. Your prices are good, your customer service is excellent and your follow up after the sale was appreciated. More

So, as rte 2 Hyundai had previously serviced our vehicle we decided to give them a shot, Josh was awesome, no pressure, would show us a car then would walk away so we could discuss it with out a salesman hanging over our heads, the finance dept. worked hard to meet OUR PAYMENT BUDGET. Also, when they were working out financing Josh was curtious enough to keep us updated as to what was going on. Josh also has a great sense of humor, had some great comical exchanges with him. I would, with out hesitation recommend Rte 2 Hyundai as a great place to buy your next vehicle or even for service on you Hyundai, and, if he's available, Josh is a great salesman to help you find the right vehicle! I went to the dealer and Mark Casavant greeted me. I was coming from a bad expeience with another Hyundai dealer so I told Mark I just wanted to look around at their inventory. He politely handed me his business card, asked me to get him if I needed anything and walked away. My kind of car salesman!! I looked around and then talked briefly with Mark before leaving without any hassling or hustling. I returned another day but Mark was off and I got Brian Smith who was also very friendly and responsive. I had received an internet quote from Rte2Hyundai and wanted to pursue further. Brian gave me a line item breakdown without my asking. Every cost element including Documentation cost was disclosed and those were exactly what I saw on the final papers. I could not get that info from the other dealer I had visited. We discussed my trade and made offers back and forth and converged rapidly on a price. They didn't have the color we wanted so Brian went to work and found a car by the next day. We couldn't get there until later in the day so Brian delayed his normal quitting time to go through the paperwork with us and we drove out in a new Sonata. A very pleasant experience totally unlike the arrogant and rapid fire staff at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn, MA. The financial lady ( I think her name is Margaret) and a lady named Kira were also very polite, responsive, and helpful. The best!! More
We visited Herb Chambers in Auburn and had a terrible experience, so we didn't know what to expect when we got to Rte 2. Mark came outside and greeted us friendly. He showed us some cars and when we said we could possibly buy a brand new car, depending on the deal he could get us, he brought us to the other side, where we fell in love with the Elantra. We went for a test drive with Mark and the whole time he was very helpful and extremely nice and we could tell he was trying to get us the best possible deal! He sure made this experience much more pleasant! He's not "just another salesman", trust me! The only thing that upset me a little was that Marlene, the financial lady, said she wouldn't try to add my name on the loan because she already knew it'd be denied. Well, my husband and I got a loan from our bank, both our names on it, so I guess it didn't really mattered what she said. More
So far we have bought 4 new cars and 1 secondhand car from this dealership. I think that speaks volumes for the service they provide. I can not remember names but have never had an issue with any employee. We also return to service our (new) cars there. I have recommended this dealership (& Hyundai cars) to friends. More
After doing my research online and checking out the various sensible family sedans, it became pretty clear that the Sonata was the best value in the class of vehicle I was looking for. I originally checked out the Hyundai dealership in Auburn, which is closest to my home. Unfortunately, it was the worst of the old style car buying experience at that dealer...they tell you what a bargain your getting, despite the fact that they are pocketing all of the rebate money. So I walked out the door in Auburn and figured I'd check out Rt. 2. My salesman Mark was outstanding. He was pleasant, knowledgable and didn't try to over sell me on anything. I had requested an online quote, and we worked with the numbers I'd gotten from the internet coordinator, Kira. And those were real numbers that matched up with the rest of my online research. We qualified for the owner loyalty rebate because of the Santa Fe we'd purchased in '07 from that dealership in Auburn. But guess what...when the Santa Fe needed minor service, we decided to take it to Rt. 2. We're never going back to Auburn; our dealership is now in Leominster at Rt. 2. More

This is our third Hyundai purchase and we couldn't be happier with these cars. We have had no major problems with our other two so we decided to try again. Since we purchased our second Hyundai the dealership has grown. We wondered if we would get the same friendly service from the now "largest Hyundai dealership in New England". We did. Our salesman, Brian Smith was extremely friendly. We weren't rushed or pressured at all. Best of all we were able to buy the car and take it home all in one visit, thanks to his industriousness!! Although I don't remember his name, the finance dept. did a great job also. All in all a very good car buying experience. We do wish we could've gotten a better price, though. More
