Disrespectful Today I had a terrible experience in this store, I was a customer but I will never go back again. I got a written budget to fix the rear brakes on my car, they gave me the price of $ 289. This employee was very kind and honest. He said that if anyone tried to charge me a higher price than what he was putting in writing then I should not accept it because $ 289 would cover all the repairs I needed. I went today, two weeks later to get the service done (it was the first availability) As soon as I arrived I was taken care of by another person (Joseph Decarolis). he said that this repair would take around 60 or 70 minutes. I said ok because I was alone with my 6 month old baby(who is visibly sick). An hour and fifteen minutes later, when I thought I would be released already, he came with new prices for me, saying that the amount I had in writing was not accurate. he told me after he started that the service would now cost $ 419. And of course I said no, at the same time he said he could give me a "discount" and that I would need to pay only $ 340. I said no. So he asked few minutes and came back saying he had gotten a great price, I would need to pay $319, I once again said no, I had not scheduled to spend more than $300 with the car. So he went out again, and came back with $ 319 worth of repairs to the rear and front brakes, he asked, would you do the two for $ 319? I said okay, all I wanted was to get this service done and leave that place with my baby. Even the customers were shocked how at the amount of time I stayed there with the little one (and no offer of a rental). I couldn’t waste more time here. So, 4 hours and 30 minutes after I was there, he came with $600 bill... So I asked what was wrong with him, and then he started playing with me, he said I signed a paper giving them the authorization to do the front brakes as well when he’d told me that they would do EVERYTHING for the previously mentioned price.... I didn’t read because I was trusting, my baby was sick and all I wanted to do was leave that store. I was there without eating or offer of food, holding a baby of 20 pounds and twisting and stressing so the baby didn’t cry ... then he said he had my authorization written on paper ... it was three sheets with tiny letters ... I trusted his word. But anyway, I told them to take the brakes off because I would not pay. After another two hours, they came to $475 final price. I paid because my baby was getting very stressed and fussy, sick, it was very cold out, lousy ..... So after 5 hours waiting I left the store and started driving the car, I did not notice any difference. I will organize to take the car to a professional to check what the Rt2 Hyundai got done and if something is missing, I will certainly sue them for mental abuse, stress, lies, sales game, for everything that my baby and I were exposed. They did not even have a car to offer me, I stayed at the store for 5 hours with the 6 months old baby. I saw more than 10 clients who came in after me, left before me. I'll never go back there, neither my family! More

Beyond happy with my new car! I was in a really bad accident in October and my 2017 Hyundai Elantra was totalled. Someone hit me from behind and then pushed me into another car head on. My 2017 Elantra saved my life! Between all the air bags, my seat belt, and my hyundai's frame( the frame stayed intact even when everything around it crushed in), my life was spared. After the accident, I knew my next car would also be a Hyundai. I just purchased my 2018 Elantra Sport and I am definitely not disappointed!! Brian was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. He knew I needed to find a new car fast so I could return my rental. He was everything I needed him to be. Thank you so much! I will be back. Hopefully not so soon this time 😊 More

We actually drive out of our way to purchase from this dealership. The way the staff makes you feel comfortable and important is appreciated, and nothing is ever too much of a hassle. I have had staff members running around, I've changed my mind a million times, I've adjusted my down payment and made them shuffle for new pricing, and I've gone back and forth between car colors. Through it all the staff has a smile on their faces and above all they have my best interest at heart! More
