The second go round was great with Will because I was not pressured to do anything outside of my price range. Will went over my options which allowed me to make an informed decision to purchase the car that I would be satisfied with. Even though I went over my own price range of monthly payments, it was well worth it. Thanks Will for being a legendary salesman. I hope Route 2 Hyundai hire more brother like yourself in the near future!! More

It was 3 pm on a Friday afternoon, and we were an hour and a half away, in NH. She could not hold a car for us, only call me if the cars were sold before we got to Leominster. We had never seen a 2023 Palisade, much less test-driven one. We jumped in our car and pointed it south. On arrival, we discovered sixty-seven Hyundais had arrived that day at Rte 2 McGovern, many of them Pre-Sold! Darcy introduced us to Ryan McLean, who led us through the selection and buying process. No rushing despite the fact that Closing Hour had quickly come and gone. Ryan was cool, very knowledgeable, and sympathetic with our dilemma— both chosen cars would likely be sold to another buyer before we could get back the next day to ink a deal. Two other couples were ahead of us in line, working to close deals on their new Hyundais. We were hungry, tired, and facing a long dark drive home. Ryan and Abdul, the last Management person on site that night, put their heads together and figured a way to get enough of the paperwork done to seal the deal, allowing us at 8:30 pm to shake hands and drive home knowing our chosen Palisade would be personally delivered to us in New Hampshire in a few days. Over a month’s wait, all three of these folks stepped out of their comfort zones to assure we’d eventually get the car we wanted. We couldn’t be more pleased with our vehicle, or with McGovern’s ability to make it happen for us at a time when Hyundai fans all over the world - literally - were clamoring for short-supply 2023 Palisades. I had the worst experience I think ever in my 45 years on this earth. I don't even know where to begin. They ran my credit when advised not to,they offered the lowest amount for my trade it took 7 days to ge this earth. I don't even know where to begin. They ran my credit when advised not to,they offered the lowest amount for my trade it took 7 days to get the vehicle..They called 1 time in those 7 days I called them 11 times..I'm not one to write a bad review but now I asked for the owners manuals in which they still haven't called..I feel as if I shouldn't even have completed the deal but here we are ..Just got the feeling like they don't care and that's not a good feeling..I will post updated along my way here.. I was going to trade in my previous Hyundai for a newer model - for lower gas mileage and lower payments. My Sales Rep was WIll - He was Outstanding. The team was great. Price was good and a little higher than I expected - but on the way to the dealership my original trade died. So the Dealership did the ultimate best that they could for me and were wonderful. Went to get a new battery for the fob which has died. I know it’s Saturday so I didn’t expect service would be open. I purchased platinum coverage when I bought the Kona. At least 4 salesmen in there doing nothing. 2 of them held the doors open for me. Once they realized I wasn’t there to buy they told me to go to Auto Zone for the battery. WRONG ANSWER! All I wanted was the battery so I could replace myself. I will never go back to buy a car from them again. More

On March 30th we purchased a beautiful pre-owned Jeep from Nick Giannetti at Route 2 Hyundai. Nick greeted us at the door and walked us through the whole process, he was very friendly and worked with us from Nick Giannetti at Route 2 Hyundai. Brian Smith was SO rude. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles there and will never go back just because of this one person. The dealership needs to send him some extensive training!
