poor customer service Went to dealership for my new 2017 veloster. Still not fixed. Asked for a rental / loaner. I told him he would be getting another review on our conversation today. All i want is a safe care. I don't understand how threatening customers is fixing my car. Customer care is unethical. More

Not the best Drove 2 hours to test drive the car I wanted. Printed out the $40 Amazon rebate form for test fldriving ANY car with no purchase necessary. In the end Drove 2 hours to test drive the car I wanted. Printed out the $40 Amazon rebate form for test fldriving ANY car with no purchase necessary. In the end I couldn't put down the $1500 they needed me to. So they never called me back, just left me hanging for a couple weeks until I was notified by mail. I was really disappointed. And to top it off they never sent me the $40 Amazon card for test driving the car. I am buying a new car at the end of this year and it WONT be from them!!!! More
