Terrible Service I have had several terrible experiences with their service department. DO NOT GO HERE. On the last visit, they didn't even perform the service despite I have had several terrible experiences with their service department. DO NOT GO HERE. On the last visit, they didn't even perform the service despite having the car all day and confirming they had all parts in stock when I dropped it off. The worst part is the service manager was being very vague about what they had actually done to the car. I had to drag it out of him to clarify that indeed they did not do the work. Instead, they offered to reset the service light right then and "call them back" if it came back on. I had arranged my day around this "appointment". I could go on and on and on about other terrible experiences there - I welcome them to contact me so I can tell someone who actually cares about it. More

There was a minor but annoying leaking air of my rear passenger side tire. my Initial visits are fully professional with front tires/brakes service. done and with good service quality. but unfortunately, the minor thing was not solved until i met Manager Steven Walen yesterday, who listened my story patiently and in person checked the issue. and assigned it to an experienced Honda technician (Ryan) to get it fixed. I was so happy yesterday, He is very kind, gentleman and professional, plus most important of all, extreme knowledgeable and experienced in the field. I financed the car through them as well and received a very low interest rate due to my credit score. On August 9, I had my car serviced for the first time. From start to finish I was treated wonderfully, and Steve Whalen the Service Manager made sure I received the highest quality service. The young man who "logged me in" was excellent. The young man who shuttled me to the public transportation was kind, and he was a very safe driver. I received a follow up call my Honda had been serviced, washed, and was ready to pick up. My sporty CR-Z (which I love) looked brand new when Honda Cars of Boston returned it to me. And the oil change was only $34.95! The next day I received a follow-up email asking how my experience had been since they really want to know, and if there is room for improvement, they want to know that, too. I was happy to let them know my very, very positive experience - from start to finish. I am glad I purchased my car from Honda Cars of Boston! More
