I can't begin to give enough praise to this dealership. Al Veilleux was so professional and pleasant and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. I'm not 100% pleased with my car because I've had problems with the transmission and the starter in less than a year. Nonetheless, I'm very pleased with the level of customer service from the servic problems with the transmission and the starter in less than a year. Great costomer Service showed me everything about the car and made sure that it was what i needed, explained the waranty line by line to make sure i was covered. This IS an exceptionally difficult climate to please the consumer in....and I must tip my hat to Dave, Jay and the crew at Honda Cars of Boston. Their professionalism, humor and attention to detail are greatly appreciated and a welcome relief from average service, bad attitudes and the low bar that we often have come to accept. I purchased my Honda with you...and have been servicing with you since 2005...and I have been not only been impressed with the consistency of service, but also the longevity of the employees there.
