I spent 10 days looking for a competive pricefor a 2010 pilot. They provided an excellent price, and gave me what I considered to be a very fair market price for my trade.More importantly, they never press pilot. They provided an excellent price, and gave me what I considered to be a very fair market price for my trade.More importantly, they never pressured me to buy. they market themselves as a family dealership. this is absolutely true. I have bought more than 8 cars since 1998. i previously owned 2 hondas. Its great to be back. my salesman Al V was incredible. he went out of his way to have a white touring model built and shipped for my wife because she wanted taffeta white and there wasnt any. He was very easy going, friendly, and bent over backwards to get her exactly what she wanted. i have never been treated so well. times are tough I know, but these people are very genuine. The whole purchasing experience took about an hour. And hats off to John Mancini who processed our financing. he gave us a very manageable payment, and was extremely friendly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Customer Service these days is just not a priority any more in the world. but it sure is alive and kicking in everett, Mass. honda Cars Of Boston provided and excellent honda product that is safe, efficient, and reliable. I truly feel like two years from now I will be able to sit down and have coffee with everyone from the manager (Rob), my salesman (Al), or even John my finance guy. Just truly genuine people, who really care about people who spend their hard earned money. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to purchase a honda----and I will. thanks again for a job well done. Matthew Mullen More
I was looking to purchase a Dark Cherry Pearl 2010 Pilot EXL w/o RES. I first went to Honda Villiage of Newton (where I purchased my first 2002 Oddysey) and received zero preferential treatment. The sales EXL w/o RES. I first went to Honda Villiage of Newton (where I purchased my first 2002 Oddysey) and received zero preferential treatment. The sales person didn't even listen. I complained and gave a 2nd chance. Upon the 2nd try they could not locate a 2010 cherry red and proceeded to pressure sales me to purchase a Pilot that was on the lot. I left I then went to Prime Honda. Fancy shopwroom nice people. Full of promises low pressure sales. They did not have a Dark Cherry Pearl 2010 Pilot EXL w/o RES, but ensured that they are the biggest dealer and could trade to get one, Hence we left a $1000 deposit which the sales person promised us that it was refundable if they were not able to find the vehicle. Well they did not find the vehicle and they took 2 weeks to refund the monewy! I called Honda Cars of Boston and asked for a sales person to check stock. Alfredo Dalence answered the phone and was most helpful and told me he could find one for me. I told Afredo my negotiated prices with the other two dealers as well as the trade in of my oddyssey. Right over the phone he said he could match the deal but woould need to see my vehicle to confirm the condition and value. All said and done It took ~ 3.5 weeks (3 visits in total) to receive my vehicle. Exactly the one I wanted at a very competitive price and as promised by Honda Cars of Boston (Alfredo Dalence). Summary: The sales person matters as well as the dealership. Beware of empty promises and pressure sales tactics to seel what the dealer wants you to buy. Consider going to Honda Cars of Bostons Especially with Alfredo if you want a pleasant experience. I most certainly did. More
I got a brand new car from Eric at Honda Cars of Boston. When I came there at first, I didn't have mind to buy a new car; but the Eric and Roberto suggested me a really good price for a brand new one. In fa When I came there at first, I didn't have mind to buy a new car; but the Eric and Roberto suggested me a really good price for a brand new one. In fact, I'm not a native American and my English is too bad yet, I was concerned about that at that time, but they were kind and patient when I spoke with bad English, and make me feel comfortable there. Eric is great dealer, I think. I really want to recommend him to other shopper; he explained me about options, prices, good things, and also bad things of cars, and what differences compared to other kinds of car without any complain even though I was annoying him with too much questions. Yes, these are the reasons why I recommend Eric and this dearler shop to others. You never regret here. Thanks. More
I had trouble with Kelly Honda on Lynnway in Lynn with a waranty issue. They were friendly but didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. I told them on the phone it was for a recall, and when I got th waranty issue. They were friendly but didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. I told them on the phone it was for a recall, and when I got there they ask what recall it was. My car only had one recall, they can't even tell by the car model and year what recall it was? I also asked them to look at the radio as it was an issue I've seen posted on the web. They told me there was nothing they could do. It wasn't until I called Honda USA HQ, that I found out that they extended the waranty of the radio to 7years/100k miles. This dealership did everything that was ask and were great. I would definately come here again. More
After having a really bad experience with Honda North, I contacted Honda Cars of Boston for service to my Warrantied 2006 Honda Pilot. (Which Honda North claimed was not warrantied) I spoke to Eugene on t contacted Honda Cars of Boston for service to my Warrantied 2006 Honda Pilot. (Which Honda North claimed was not warrantied) I spoke to Eugene on the phone first, and he said he would gladly check out the noise my engine was making. Upon finding that it was something in the short block part of the engine, he called me to tell me that he had already ordered the part and it would be done the next day under full warranty. Eugene really changed my bad feelings for Honda dealers with his way of treating his customers. He treats customers like gold, and it shows!! I have a new service department that I feel I can trust. Eugene really made a difference to me. I had worked in Customer Service for over 18 years, and I feel I know good customer service when I see it. Honda North could use a few Eugene's on their staff!! They were no help at all, just claimed it wasn't covered and gave me an estimate of over $5000.00 to fix. I'm glad I went the extra few miles out of my way to have Eugene help me. He is worth the extra miles, because he goes the extra miles for his customers!! Thanks Euguene, your the best!! Barbie Cashman Peabody More
My old car was in bad shape so I was researching newer Honda Accords and trying to find a really great deal. I began by looking locally, but I couldn't find anything that really matched up with what I was Honda Accords and trying to find a really great deal. I began by looking locally, but I couldn't find anything that really matched up with what I was looking for. Then, just as I was beginning to consider settling on something that wasn't exactly my ideal car, I came across the Honda Cars of Boston website and I found what looked like exactly what I had been looking for. I called up the sales department to verify that the car was still on the lot and they assured me that it was and that it was actually in the showroom as we spoke. I had previously made plans to go down to Boston for the weekend so I figured that would give me the perfect opportunity to check out the car. Upon my arrival, Eric introduced himself to my girlfriend and I and we discovered that the car was, in fact, still there and on the showroom floor. Eric let us sit down in it and he explained all of the options and all of the particulars of the car and then asked if we'd like to take it for a test drive. Now, being that it was on the showroom floor, it took a good bit of maneuvering to get the car out the door without nicking any of the desks or walls but Eric did a great job and off we went. The car was everything I was looking for, and more! We brought it back and headed inside to talk price. I wasn't totally committed to buying a car that day but I left the option out there. I was trading in my old car and, although I wasn't able to get Full Market Value for it, Eric still worked out a pretty good deal for me and I signed all the paperwork that day. By mistake, I left some old paperwork in the glove compartment of my trade and I called Eric up to see if he could grab it for me before the car was gone and he did just that. He also called me after I was able to take the car back home just to check and make sure everything went smoothly and told me that, if I was ever in the area and needed anything, don't hesitate to call him up. It was a very pleasurable experience (Something not many people can say about a car-buying experience) and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda Cars of Boston, and especially Eric Marcello, to anyone. Purchasing a new car was always a headache for me as I could never stand the pushy sales people. I always found they either attacked you as soon as you put your foot on the lot or they ignored you completely. Not the case when I met John. He made me feel like he was truly interested in finding me what I really wanted and not just out to "make a buck". He was friendly, informative, patient and even stayed late so I would not have to be inconveinced by coming back the next morning to finish up paperwork. John is truly professional. I have a ten year old son who is very inquisitive and I have never seen any sales person respond to him like John did. John didn't ignore my son, he took the time and answered all his questions and never once seemed annoyed! This definately takes a certain quality in a person. It is rear you get the cusomer service that he provided. Never in the past had I received a call inquiring how my new car was running, was I satisfied, did I have any questions and the assurance that if I had any problem or questions to be sure and call him. He called three or four times, left messages, until he finally reached me in person. This was truly a new experience. I can hardly wait to buy another new car and hope that he is there when I do. Thanks John for a great experience!!! More

After having to repair my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the 4th time in 6 months, I finally decided that I had to break down and buy a new car. I was devastated to have to turn in my Jeep since I LOVED my the 4th time in 6 months, I finally decided that I had to break down and buy a new car. I was devastated to have to turn in my Jeep since I LOVED my Jeep and do still miss it, but everyone at Honda Cars of Boston made the process easy! Being a single woman, walking onto a car lot is beyond frustrating. I went onto 2 lots where I was completely ignored, went to another Honda dealership first, but they didn't have the CRV that I wanted, so after receiving an email and a quote from Rob, off I went to Everett on the last weekend of the cash for clunkers. I was greeted quickly, and handed over to my new friend Frankie Diaz who was a blast to work with! It ends up that there was only one CRV left on the lot and although it was the color that I wanted, it of course was the EX-L with the navigation system which I didn't really want, but after driving it and getting to play with all of the toys, I am so glad that I did get it. There was no pressure from Frank or Rob, they just taught me how to use everything and laughed with me at the fact that all of the technology stressed me out. The negotiation process was stress free and a very fair process - Frank even let me put the Yankee game on his computer while I was waiting. When I picked up my car, Frank spent 45 minutes with me teaching me how to use all of the features of my new CRV and I have to say that my favorite feature that I cannot wait to use is the seat warmer. Over all - my experience with Honda Cars of Boston was the best experience I have had in buying a car - I would highly recommend Honda Cars of Boston if you are looking for a fair price, no pressure, and to be honest a pretty fun time and at the end of it all you get to ring the bell! I recently leased a 2009 Honda CRV from Honda Cars of Boston. The sales person was John Fitzpatrick. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships and I have to say Honda Cars of Boston is the best. M Boston. The sales person was John Fitzpatrick. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships and I have to say Honda Cars of Boston is the best. My wife and I are very happy with the Honda CRV. We looked at many Cars in this class (Chevy Equinox, Mits Outlander, Nissan Rogue) and none could compare to the ride or roomenss of the Honda CRV. John even guaranteed a black CRV with black leather interior. We also took advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program and the dealership was very easy to deal with. This is the second vehicle I have got from Honda Cars of Boston and I will go no where else or waste time anywhere else when I purchase or lease my next vehicle. More
