I just took my 2010 Honda Accord home today and I am totally satisfied with this dealership and particulay with this salesperson. He put me totally at ease throughout this experience. I'm 55 years old and I've dealt with quite a few dealerships and salespeople in my life and I must say that I will definitely recommend to anyone I know to go here and see John if they are in the market for a car. He gave me absolutely "No Pressure", "No Double Talk", "No Running Back and Forth to the Manager", and he explained so many things to me that I actually learned quite a bit about Honda's and that's real big with me. I traded in a 2001 Honda Accord which I've driven for the past 9 years and I learned things about that car that I didn't even know it had. He explained every button, 1 by 1, in my new car and made sure I really understood how to use them and I appreciate the time he gave to me. I can't tell you what a great deal he gave me on my trade in. I've had my 2001 Accord at this dealership for service a couple times in the past and I actually like thier service department. So I already know that in the future if I need service what to expect. Again, I am totally satisfied with the Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Warmth, and Courtesy, Overall Experience, and the Price was fantastic. I must admit that I did add a few extras that I knew I wanted ahead of time like GuidePoint and Extra Tire Coverage which added to the "Awesome Sale" John had given me. We were in a sticky situation where we bought our new CR-V from Honda Cars of Boston but wanted to register it in Louisiana. With the Massachusetts law not allowing one to drive a new car off the lot without registration, John Fitzpatrick and John Mancini bent over backwards to help us get the paperwork processed such that we could be on the road. On Friday night Nov. 13th I searched internet to find loaded Pilot in Mocha. Honda cars of Boston had 2 in stock. Sent off e-mail with description of my 08 4 door Wrangler with 52,000 miles that I wanted loaded Pilot in Mocha. Honda cars of Boston had 2 in stock. Within moments received an e-mail from Rob Giovannucci with written cost for new Pilot and as I expected the must see trade in line to establish value on Wrangler. We spoke on phone and I was assurerd they would not ask me to drive to Boston,( 50 miles ) and not treat me fairly. Rob seamed very sincere on phone. On Satturday while I test drove the Pilot my jeep was evaluated and within minutes of return from test drive I received an attractive offer that I accepted. I wanted to add a few aftermarket accessories and again within minutes met, , with a sales person to work out details,installation and pricing. Picked up Pilot Monday with the remote start and visor over moon roof fully installed. The Pilot is great. I emailed Gregg on a Thursday nite inquiring about a car. I thought about it the following day (and discussed it with my husband) and he said "call them". It was Friday at 18:45. Rob answered the phone and actually called me back after the dealership closed to let me know about the car I was interersted in. The following day I received a call from Al... and it just fell into place from there. I am from Michigan and flew out to pick the car up. Al met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership to finish the paper work and receive my car. Honestly, other then Fedexing some paperwork I did not have to do a thing. The dealership took care of everything. I am so glad I purchased my car from Honda Cars of Boston. I would definitely recommend the dealership and will most definitely consider them again when I purchase my next vechile (and I usually purchase a new car every two to three years!!). More

I was looking to purchase a Dark Cherry Pearl 2010 Pilot EXL w/o RES. I first went to Honda Villiage of Newton (where I purchased my first 2002 Oddysey) and received zero preferential treatment. I complained and gave a 2nd chance. Upon the 2nd try they could not locate a 2010 cherry red and proceeded to pressure sales me to purchase a Pilot that was on the lot. I left I then went to Prime Honda. Fancy shopwroom nice people. Full of promises low pressure sales. They did not have a Dark Cherry Pearl 2010 Pilot EXL w/o RES, but ensured that they are the biggest dealer and could trade to get one, Hence we left a $1000 deposit which the sales person promised us that it was refundable if they were not able to find the vehicle. Well they did not find the vehicle and they took 2 weeks to refund the monewy! I called Honda Cars of Boston and asked for a sales person to check stock. Alfredo Dalence answered the phone and was most helpful and told me he could find one for me. I told Afredo my negotiated prices with the other two dealers as well as the trade in of my oddyssey. Right over the phone he said he could match the deal but woould need to see my vehicle to confirm the condition and value. All said and done It took ~ 3.5 weeks (3 visits in total) to receive my vehicle. Exactly the one I wanted at a very competitive price and as promised by Honda Cars of Boston (Alfredo Dalence). Summary: The sales person matters as well as the dealership. Beware of empty promises and pressure sales tactics to seel what the dealer wants you to buy. Consider going to Honda Cars of Bostons Especially with Alfredo if you want a pleasant experience. I most certainly did. More
I spent 10 days looking for a competive pricefor a 2010 pilot. They provided an excellent price, and gave me what I considered to be a very fair market price for my trade.More importantly, they never press pilot. I have bought more than 8 cars since 1998. i previously owned 2 hondas. Its great to be back. my salesman Al V was incredible. he went out of his way to have a white touring model built and shipped for my wife because she wanted taffeta white and there wasnt any. He was very easy going, friendly, and bent over backwards to get her exactly what she wanted. i have never been treated so well. times are tough I know, but these people are very genuine. The whole purchasing experience took about an hour. And hats off to John Mancini who processed our financing. he gave us a very manageable payment, and was extremely friendly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Customer Service these days is just not a priority any more in the world. but it sure is alive and kicking in everett, Mass. honda Cars Of Boston provided and excellent honda product that is safe, efficient,and reliable. I truly feel like two years from now I will be able to sit down and have coffee with everyone from the manager (Rob), my salesman (Al), or even John my finance guy. Just truly genuine people, who really care about people who spend their hard earned money.
