Rob was willing to meet or beat any price I got online and was totally upfront about what the costs would be. I trusted Rob and the family that owns and runs the dealership. They make you feel as though you matter and that they appreciate your business. This is the third new car I have bought from Honda Cars of Boston, but the first time I did the majority of the dealing online. I have had my cars serviced at HCoB since 1991 and I trust that they do good work and do not try to get you to make repairs that are not necessary. I would not have bought my car anywhere else nor will I have it serviced at any other dealership. My third experience with HCoB was as good as the first two. I would recommend Rob and HCoB to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More
I had a very positive experience working with Rob Giovannucci at this dealership. I was looking for an 08 Honda Odyssey EXL and getting bid quotes via the internet. He was prompt, courteous, friendly Giovannucci at this dealership. I was looking for an 08 Honda Odyssey EXL and getting bid quotes via the internet. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and took a genuine interest in trying to help me find the car I wanted. His price was very competitive and he gave me a detailed breakdown of the price and all the additional fees. After putting a deposit down for a car we decided the vehicle was not right for us, and he responded promptly to make sure we would be credited for the deposit. I would definitely recommend contacting Rob if you are searching for any Honda - he is a pleasure to work with. More

They treat you like a real person and not like a "bank"!They are not desperate for business...they have plenty...and so they take care of their customers! Roberto spent one week looking at numbers and trying to find me the best car and deal!!! Rob would call and email once a day with an update so i know where things are!No no....he wasnt trying to get my money....he was honest and everytime I told him I need to think about it or even reject offers...he said....you know what..thats fine...."I am here for you if you need me"!! And not to even mention the amazing car I end up getting....HONDA CIVIC...guys that car is a winner! ;-) Overall....I highly reccomend...the dealership...and the new Honda Civic...ofcourse! More

After going to this dealorship originally to bur a 08 Honda Civic, I changed my mind and wanted the 08 Accord Coupe. They originally had my down payment , after going to Herb Chambers Honda in Allston, I Honda Civic, I changed my mind and wanted the 08 Accord Coupe. They originally had my down payment , after going to Herb Chambers Honda in Allston, I got a really good price from Herb. I told Honda Cars of Boston I wanted to back out and was going with Herb, they told me no way I can get my money back and would have to buy from them . After arguing with Joe Gerbino for a few minutes , he said he would offer 500 cheaper than Herb and to give him untill Tuesday to have my car ready to pick up. I called him on Tuesday and after him not returning my phone calls, he admitted to me on Thursday he would not be able to get the car in the silver I wanted. He offered to give me my money back and suggested I go to Herb Chambers to get the Accord from them. Joe Gerbino also stated that "NO DEALORSHIP IN NEW ENGLAND HAS THIS ACCORD IN SILVER WITH NAVIGATION". I got home about an hour ago to see if Mr. Scumbag was lying..I found one car with the EX-L Model in Accord Coupe in Silver... Honda Cars of Boston has it! What a piece of shit scumbag dealorship. I would NOT deal with these grease ball scumbags in any way. I refuse to even get my car serviced there! More
I've been a Nissan owner for years - and in summer 2006 purchased a Honda Odyssey from Honda Cars of Boston. Sales staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Buying the Odyssey from Honda Cars of Boston was a pleasure!! (Unlike my buying experiences in the past from other dealerships!) Service dept. to date (11/07) has been outstanding. All work performed in timely manner, very reasonably priced regular maintenance and no surprises. In just recently looking for a used car, I didn't find the match for the vehicle I wanted, but was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. A measure of a dealerships integrity is measured not only when a sale is made, but rather when a sale is not made. I will be back to Honda cars of Boston in the future - for service and sales (both new and used). - CH More
My family and I had the most frustrating experience at this dealership. In response to my internet query, the Internet manager called and informed that he had the best deals and 47 Honda Accords in stock this dealership. He followed up a couple of times and set up a meeting. When we arrived at the showroom, they had only two cars in stock! (so far so good, is this not how car salesmen get u in?)We were then asked to talk to a salesperson who was very polite and went through the usual questions, etc. Then he came up with a quote which was $5000 higher!!! When we asked to see the manager, he refused to meet us. The sales guy was very apologetic and indicated there might have been a communication error. When my wife, walked up to the manager and asked him why had he wasted our time, he looked her in the eye and said "Have a nice Day". As we were walking out, they were mocking us. THERE IS NO WAY ANYBODY SHOULD EVEN CONSIDER THESE GUYS. More
They let me drop my car off for service, and only after a week of putting me off did they admit that their inspection sticker machine was broken.
