I was actually please that I didn't recieve a phonecall solicitation in response to the request, and opted to visit there before my appointments at other dealerships. I was as pleased with the staff in the show room as I was with the service department. I was greeted by a receptionist and a manager, and I only needed to wait a few minutes before Eric Marcello was available to show me around and offer a test drive. Eric was great about showing me the different models and both '09 and '10 cars. I wasn't pressured to increase desired trim, pushed to a specific model year, or opt for a larger or more expensive vehicle. Eric showed me what I asked to see and answered all my questions. He was even happy to search available cars off-site, since I wanted a manual transmission which they didn't have. Throughout the process Eric was great about confirming dates and times, calling me to make sure when one appointment got lost in the end of year crunch. In negotiating trade value, I feel that I was treated fairly, and I like how frank Eric was about state of my trade, how the dealer would need to handle it, and how tight the eprice was for the model I'd selected. He even let me know there was a factory incentive on the older model, which would ahve been valuable if I'd been interested in it. Financing was straightforward, delivery took longer than I would have liked, but I felt well ifnormed along the way. It was a pleasure getting through all the title and registration paperwork quickly and painlessly, with the dealer happy to contact my insurance company directly. More

I went in last Monday with my daughter to return my car. I met with a salesman, John Fitzpatrick, who was fantastic. He showed me the new 2010 Accords, I picked the one I wanted and started the process to purchase the car. I could not believe how smoothly things went. John was extremely personable, informative without being pushy and aggressive. He got me the car I wanted with the price I wanted to pay. I had anticipated going to a couple of Hondas to be finally happy with my purchase, that was not the case. I literally was back the next day to pick up my car. John came out and went over every detail to explain all the features on the car, gave me his card and said do not hesitate to contact him with any questions and concerns. While I was there my daughter said she was going to take a look at used cars. She too found a car she wanted and John also took good care of her. She was very happy with her purchase along with the extended warranty she purchased. This is second time I purchased a Honda from the Everett location; my first Honda was from Cambridge. I would continue to go to this location and also refer friends and family here. Along with the great service from John I have to say your service department in Everett is also fantastic. I get my car in and out and never have I been there for longer than they tell me. I recently went in with my last car for a 20,000 checkup and half expected it to be an all day event; I was out in less that an hour and a half. All of the staff are great and helpful. I had a great experience at Honda Care of Boston. I went looking to see if they had any cars New or Used that were in my Price range (no more than $15,000.) When I met with John, I told him exactly what monthly payment I could afford and he was able to show me cars that I could potentially afford. Although it didn't appear that my budget would allow me to purchase a Civic, he worked out a great deal for me to purchase a 2009 Toyota Corolla that they had in stock. He was able to work quickly to get me a great price on my trade in vehicle, a monthly payment within my budget for the new car, and an extended warranty so that I could feel secure in buying the car. The dealership was able to process all the paperwork quickly, professionally, and get the new car on the road in a day. We went to the dealership twice. First to look at the Honda CRV and test drive it. They were very accomodating and let us drive several models on the road and highway. He gave me absolutely "No Pressure", "No Double Talk", "No Running Back and Forth to the Manager", and he explained so many things to me that I actually learned quite a bit about Honda's and that's real big with me. I traded in a 2001 Honda Accord which I've driven for the past 9 years and I learned things about that car that I didn't even know it had. He explained every button, 1 by 1, in my new car and made sure I really understood how to use them and I appreciate the time he gave to me. I can't tell you what a great deal he gave me on my trade in. I've had my 2001 Accord at this dealership for service a couple times in the past and I actually like thier service department. So I already know that in the future if I need service what to expect. Again, I am totally satisfied with the Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Warmth, and Courtesy, Overall Experience, and the Price was fantastic.
