Everyone at this dealership were so friendly and super attentive! They weren't there to to screw you, they were there to help you meet your needs. Al was really helpful during the test drive, showing me everything about the car and pointing out features, answering questions honestly, etc. The negotiation process was among the smoothest and most straightforward I've ever had, and I tend to get a new car every 2-3 years, so that is a lot of negotiations I've been through. No b.s. whatsoever - I knew what I wanted the numbers to look like, and we worked out a deal that was fair in a really quick fashion. Cannot say enough good things. I love the car, and I would definitely buy from these folks again in the future - something I don't think I've said about any previous car dealer experience, even ones that I thought went fine. More

I just purchased a 2010 Insight and will be picking it up tonight. My great experience started when I sent out a quote request to multiple dealers in the area. I felt confident going in the dealership after starting my relationship online. At the dealership I was attended to quickly and courteously. After having two other trucks sold before we could see them from other dealers, we decided to search the internet. After finding our make/model we called Honda Cars of Boston. He took the time to go out to see if the vehicle belonged to a smoker, which would have been a deal breaker. Than not being the case, we told him we were over an hour away from their location so he put the vehicle on hold. Jeff introduced us to Al Vielleux on our arrival. Al was gracious and kind to us and this was truly our first time that we felt that we had not been had by a car salesman. Our experience was an extreme pleasure even through the little hiccups that we had to go through to make the deal happen. I would certainly would encourage anyone looking for a Honda to give them a try. More

From the first internet/email response I received to the final sale, I felt I was in the company of friends, ie normal people who I'd a true review. I visited four other dealers before coming here. Although I'm in sales, my initial thoughts were that the experience of buying a new car hasn't changed much. Someone assigns a salesperson, you talk a little, take a drive, sit back down, talk about price, then thank him or her for the time, try to head for the door in order to go back home and research some more (and usually get asked to wait until the sales Manager comes by,, groan,,,, ) BUT the experience at Honda Cars of Boston was different.A few things that impressed me were: - Response time: As opposed to other car makers and dealers, I believe that their initial email responses were actual emails, as opposed to the generic auto-response emails I received from other dealers. Rob Giovannucci reached out to me quickly and with content.. not fluff - Knowledge: Eric Marcello knows his stuff, plus his approach was straightforward and appreciated. - Manners: I learned in sales that if someone comes into your place of business, they should be treated like a guest. Well, Rob and Eric and John treated me like that from the initial meeting. Financing: John Mancini did a great job making the finance process very understandable and straightforward Bottom line: I believe I came away with a very good price, from a very reputable dealer and from good people.
