Fitz was awesome. We knew what we wanted walking in (a used CR-V) and he talked it up like any knowledgeable sales person would, but never tried to talk us into something we didn't want. If I had one complaint it would be that Jared Garfield in the business office was not very friendly or accommodating. With Fitzy we felt welcomed. With Jared it seemed much more like he wanted to get our money and get us out the door. More
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my entire experience. Dave the salesperson didn't know anything about the car. I asked if I could test drive the car, and he said "No, I can't find the keys." I asked him what happens when they keys to a brand new car go missing, and he said I don't know. I'm not sure if he expected me to look for them myself, but he told me to sit down at his desk so we could go over some numbers. I decided that I would just leave because I wasn't going to buy a car without test driving it. As I was leaving the dealership, Dean came over and asked why I was leaving. I informed him of the conversation that I just had with his salesperson, and he told me that my expectations were to high and couldn't be met. He further stated that his salesperson did nothing wrong and backs him 100%. It was at that time I left, and went to Bernadi Honda, and bought myself a brand new car. Buy a car, please I wouldn't buy a soda from them. More

This was my first time at Honda in Everett. My fiance and I were looking to buy a new CRV. John immediately came to our service with a welcoming smile and sense of humor. I feel that John Fitzpatrick was one of the best car salesman that I have ever encountered. (I have purchased 4 new cars in the past other than Honda). From the time I entered Honda, I was greeted with a smile and a man with a great personality and sense of warmth. I was never pressured into buying any car and I knew that I had control over the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He helped me with my finances and I knew that he was honest and gave me the best price that he could for my new car and my trade-in. Buying a car could be stressful, but this purchase was far from that. I also felt that I had known him for a long time (I had never met him before) and this also made it easier for me to purchase the vehicle and have faith in him. I was comfortable with my decision thanks to him. I would definitely recommend Honda of Boston but especially John Fitzpatrick. I was impressed with his follow-up. My advice is to find another dealer if you want good customer service. I have only had the car for 2 weeks and dealing with rich fonzi about issues that has come up has been a nightmare. He also let me know that he placed his business card in several areas of the paper work so if I found I had a question in the future I could call and he would assist me. Great customer attention. They get the car right in and have a comfortable waiting room. Fortunately I did not have to wait long at all for a major service appointment. Each person seems to know exactly where they are going and what they are doing. Very pleasant...almost like dining at an upscale restaurant without the food...but short walk for breakfast or lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, the Giacchino brothers, who seem to be genuinely caring and bring an air of fun to their job....sort of like the Marx brothers! When employees appear to enjoy their work it is testament to a first class business! I actually enjoy bringing my car in for service. This is my second honda from this dealer. I'm sure it won't be my last. More
