Compared to other dealers I have seen, this dealership is very low pressure and is upfront about all the costs related to the purchase of a new vehicle. I bought a new CR-V in June 2009 and I was happy with the process overall. I first talked with Rob Giovannucci (internet sales) on the phone a few times before going in. They did not have the color I wanted in stock, but were able to get it in just a few days. I especially liked that they did not push for extra add-ons or warranty service - they asked and I declined and that was all there was to it. Overall, a very good experience. More

Before we went here, we had some very bad experiences with other local dealers (stay away from Cambridge Honda!). So when I called Honda Cars of Boston, I wasn't exactly in the most trusting mood. He was so friendly that I though he probably wasn't for real, but turns out I was wrong! Eric was great from the first phone call. The car we were looking for was there, and when we pulled up to the dealer he had it waiting for us, and he remembered both our names! So we wound up getting a great deal, and a very friendly experience from all staff including Keith who took care of the plate / registration transfer etc. seamlessly. Anyone looking for honest, friendly salespeople and other staff and competitive prices - I'd highly recommend this place. More
I was very impressed with the people at Honda of Boston in Everett. I walked into the dealership with a car in mind (Honda Civic). He took me out for a test drive in both and never once pressured me to buy one or the other. I wanted to install a remote car starter and alarm system. Rob and Ben made sure they got someone that was able to explain the difference between the systems. Doug was very helpful and made sure he got me the lowest interest rate possible and was very knowledgeable. The salespeople are very attentive and knowledgeable. They are very friendly and want to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. I never felt pressured to buy anything, which actually made me more comfortable to buy a new car from them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a Honda. More

Last Friday I took a ride to see what they had and there it was, the CR-V with low mileage and nice looking,inside ands out.John came outsie with the keys and we went for a test ride. I liked it very much. He was informated and friendly. I told him what price range I wanted. He showed me other cars, but I liked that one the best,so he made the price on this beautiful car right for me. If you are looking to buy new or used Honda, I very much recommend that you go to see John Fitzpatrick of Honda of Boston. Also, the rest of the people there that helped John and I finish up the paper work,etc.,were terrific as well; Mark and John M. As a matter of fact, I purchased an extended warranty on our Honda. When I walked into the dealership I already knew I wanted a Honda Accord LX. My last two cars were Honda Accords. The first one I owned for l0 years and the 2nd one I owned for 7 years. John Fitzpatrick greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help me. When I told him what I was looking for, he immediately took me to where the Accords were parked. I picked out the color and he asked me to test drive it. I was very happy with the performance of the vehicle. John was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did not try to pressure me into upgrading. We negotiated price with regards to my trade in and I was very satisfied. Paul Giacchino, the owner of the dealership came over to me, introduced himself, and told me he truly appreciated my business. Marc was the person who is responsible for selling products, such as warranties and glasscoating; however, at no time did I feel pressured into purchasing them. John Mancini is the financial person. He explained to me what all the costs were so I had a clear understanding of what I had paid for the vehicle. Two days later I had to return to the dealership to get my registration and sticker for the new vehicle. The employees and salespersons were as attentive to me after the sale as they were before the sale. Rob Giovanucci assisted me in returning to me property I left in the old vehicle. He was extremely helpful. With this type of sales culture I strongly recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from Honda of Boston in Everett, Ma. More

Initially Over e-mail and the phone Rob was prompt and profesional. Upon arriving at the dealership Rob introdused me to Keith who thouroughly went through the different options and packages available. He even introduced me to a couple of people in the service department(sorry but I forgot their names) and even though they were extremely busy they took the time to say hi and make me feel at home. Still I was a bit nervous until it only took about 5 minutes of sitting with Keith at his desk and we had made a deal. I did my research and had a quote from Rob which I had recieved from a previous e-mail and was'nt sure if they would honnor it. In the past other dealerships have told me one thing over the phone but once you are in the showroom things change. Not the case here. Keith took my e-mail to his manager and promptly came back and said "congratulations you've bought a new car". It was such a relief to "ring the bell" and know there were'nt going to be any needless games. John then went over all my paperwork in a timely fashion and gave me a great deal on the extended warranty. I would highly recomend this dealership and especially Rob and Keith.
