My advice is to find another dealer if you want good customer service. I have only had the car for 2 weeks and dealing with rich fonzi about issues that has come up has been a nightmare. This is the 4th car I have purchased with Honda Cars of Boston and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is pleasant. He also let me know that he placed his business card in several areas of the paper work so if I found I had a question in the future I could call and he would assist me. Great customer attention. They get the car right in and have a comfortable waiting room. Fortunately I did not have to wait long at all for a major service appointment. Each person seems to know exactly where they are going and what they are doing. Very pleasant...almost like dining at an upscale restaurant without the food...but short walk for breakfast or lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, the Giacchino brothers, who seem to be genuinely caring and bring an air of fun to their job....sort of like the Marx brothers! When employees appear to enjoy their work it is testament to a first class business! I actually enjoy bringing my car in for service. This is my second honda from this dealer. I'm sure it won't be my last. More
I had brought my ten year old Accord in for service last week. When I told the friend who drove me over to pick up my car, that I thought it was about time to start looking for a new car, he suggested that week. (Fitzy had also been recommended by two other neighbors a year ago.) I met Fitzy and immediately felt that we had been friends for years. He is a great guy, a fabulous salesman, professional, low-key, not pushy, very knowledgable, attentive, and honest, made me feel comfortable (I HATE shopping for cars!). Showed me one car and it was exactly what I had been looking for! It was an awesome experience dealing with him. The car needed a bit of work. It was done immediately and it looks fabulous! I couldn't be happier with the experience, the car and the deal! As someone told me...I bought the right car, from the right place and the right salesman! I picked up the car yesterday and have had several phone calls from John, checking in, asking me if I was happy with my purchase or if I needed anything. I was traveling on buiness in the MA area and my check engine light came on at around 4:30PM. I called the dealership, hoping that I would be able to get my car in for a repair before the shop closed. Eric Marcello was able to arrange for a rental car that evening and had my car prioritized in the next days schedule so that I could make it back home. I appreciated the efforts of the Service Department at Honda Cars of Boston, Everett and would recommend them. They even washed my car which was an unexpected bonus.
