From the initial phone contact to the test drive, negotiation and finance process they made it clear that they wanted my business w/out making me uncomfortable. Everyone I encountered at Honda Cars of Boston was pleasant and helpful. I had done my research first and knew what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. I also had several pre-approved finance offers so I knew what my interest rate should be (they beat the other offers). The final deal was very close to what I expected and I'm very happy w/ it.
