Received a recall for my F150. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. I was told no need to come in. A service tech would come right to my house. He showed up I called the service department to schedule an appointment. I was told no need to come in. A service tech would come right to my house. He showed up on time, plugged in his computer and in very short order the update was completed. The tech was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I was very happy with this service and I would not hesitate in the future to use McGovern Ford for any service needs. More

Sarah and Lou were great. Sarah was personable, helpful, and efficient. She found an appointment that was within 24 hours of my car becoming disabled.
