I received a recall notice on my 2008 Ford Escape at the end of March. I called York Ford and set up an appointment to have my car serviced in early April. At this time, Mr.Singarella let me know that my t end of March. I called York Ford and set up an appointment to have my car serviced in early April. At this time, Mr.Singarella let me know that my transmission condensor would need to be replaced. I was concerned about finding an alternate means of transportation on the day of my scheduled appointment which was April 16th. I did not have an extended warranty on my vehicle which would have entitled me to a free rental. I spoke to Mr.York (the owner of York Ford)and explained my predicament. Mr.York graciously offered to pay the rental fee. My car was serviced on April 16th. The condensor was replaced and I was completely satisfied with my experience at York Ford. My husband and I plan to buy our next cars from this dealership. York Ford treated me as a valued customer and I plan to recommend York to my family and friends. More

My wife and I were treated respectfully, not rushed, given good explanations to all our questions. I was shown a vehicle that was two years old, very little mileage, and I concluded---a very good deal. It would have been in the dealership's interest to sell me a new car, I assume. But they gave me the deal that was best for me. While I was waiting, I observed the other customers being treated with courtesy, patience, and most of all, no pressure. Your staff is and has done a fanatstic job. I do have to say that chrisine in the service dept. is by far the best you have I only will work with her. She does her job above and beyond. You are lucky to have her on your time. BROUGHT MY 2006 FUSION IN FOR ENGINE NOISE AFTER CONSULTING WITH KEN MARSHALL SEVICE MGR THEY RESCHELDULED ME FOR A FORD REP TO INSPECT FROM THAT POINT OF TIME THEY HAD IT INSPECTED ,ORDERED THE CONSULTING WITH KEN MARSHALL SEVICE MGR THEY RESCHELDULED ME FOR A FORD REP TO INSPECT FROM THAT POINT OF TIME THEY HAD IT INSPECTED ,ORDERED THE ENGINE ,REMOVE & REPLCED THE ENGINE WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AND THEY GOT ME A RENTAL FOR 10 DAYS AND HAD ME BACK IN MY CAR FOR LESS THAN $150.00 INCLUDING THE DEDUCTABLE FOR FORD WITCH WAS $100.00 FOR ENIGINE .SO FOR EVERYONE WHO IS AFRAID OF THIS BEING THIER BIGGEST NIGHTMARE WHEN BUYING A CAR THEY MADE IT LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED THANKS More
