As expected, we had a very good experience. The truck was fairly priced and "as advertised" in appearance and features. We looked at other benchmarks and comparable vehicles in the area and this one was a good buy in that regard. The paperwork was painless and they were flexible and accomodating in moving things through as fast as possible (we were replacing a totaled vehicle so we were dealing with insurance companies, rentals, etc and timing is everything). Overall, no pressure, no hassles... we are very comfortable doing business at York Ford; everyone there is professional and friendly. More

In addition to providing efficient routine servicing on my vehicle, Christine made it possible for me to utilize repair and rental options available through my Ford ESP warranty. I strongly recommend that customers not bypass the opportunity to include an ESP warranty with purchase of a new Ford, as this plan is worth the cost. I honestly do not feel that any other dealership would have given me the high level of assistance and expertise provided by Christine Morganelli - she really is exceptional! With there total commitment to the customer and there professionalism throughout the company, there is no other establishment that I would even consider within a 50 mile radius when it comes to repairing my companies vehicles. The work is always flawless and always prompt. The follow through and than follow up is way beyond compare. It is and has always been a pleasure doing business with this wonderful establishment. More
