This was my first car buying experience and I wasn't sure how things were going to go. York Ford was the third place I had visited and the first two places were fine, but when I visited York Ford and met Ji how things were going to go. Despite him being fairly new to the company he tried to find a car in the price range that would suit me and he did that successfully and took us out on a test drive right away. He was never too pushy and answered any questions I had to the best of his ability and was friendly in doing it. Once I knew I was buying my used 2008 Mustang, I dealt with the financer who was also very courteous and able to answer any questions I had. I can only remember her first name, but it was Cheryl and she was able to get me in the exact range I was hoping even with some extra options included. We finally were able to purchase a pre-owned Ford Explorer. We had tried two other dealerships where we found nice vehicles that met our needs but we were treated badly and were pressured into servi Explorer. He did not apply pressure to do anything in particular he simply offered us good service. He answered our questions, explained our options for financing, and provided detailed information about the vehicle we wanted and didn’t apply undue pressure regarding services we didn’t want. I bought a 2002 Ford F150 at York Ford in Saugus. I had been looking for a long time and knew what I wanted. Mr. Gorden was very friendly and forthcoming in his sales approach. I did not get financing through the dealership, but through AAA, as the rates were lower. It took longer to get the loan but when it came through, Mr. Gorden picked me up in my home town, drove me to pick up the check, then back to the dealership to settle the finances. I felt this went beyond what I expected from my purchase and it was greatly appreciated as it saved me a lot of hassle, as I did not have a vehicle to get around in. The truck is clean, looks almost new and best of all, there was no high pressure sales man at York. I was very impressed with Mr. Gorden and liked his style of salesmanship. He was friendly and honest. I would recomend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I am enjoying my new truck. More

We had a very good experience with the salesperson and York Ford in general. Price was very good. The only issue I had, and it was a minor one, was that two weeks after we purchased our car, the oil cha York Ford in general. Price was very good.
