Simply put Mr. James Fauci is The Best Automotive Sales Consultant that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with in the 30+ years that I have been Leasing or Buying New and or Pre-Owned Vehicles. I have lived all over the United States of America and have had many different dealings with hundreds of different sales consultants over the years and there hasn’t been one that has been as Professional, Courteous, with Absolutely Zero Stress and that has made me feel like I were his Biological Brother while considering leasing or buying a vehicle from him or his dealership. Mr. Fauci was Flawless and Did Everything 100 Percent Correct from his Welcoming Introduction to The Delivery of Both New Vehicles. Mr. Fauci has just earned my Utmost Respect and Absolutely All of my Future Business from Me, My Family and Friends for Leases or Purchases for just being The Most Awesome Human Being in The Automotive Sales Industry! I spoke with Cheryl about an extended warranty and she went over and beyond my expectations. I went to York Ford on 08/07/11 to look at a 2004 Ford Expedition. Jim Fauci was the salesman who helped us. We, my boyfriend and I, test drove the vehicle, negotiated a price, and put a deposit on the vehicle. This was on a Sunday afternoon, and it was raining. I had recently been in a bad car accident and totaled my vehicle. I informed Jim Fauci that I was waiting for my insurance company to settle with me on my vehicle and that might take until Thursday. My credit is less than perfect, so we were looking into other financing options. We ended up getting approval through our credit union on Tuesday 08/09/11. I called Jim Fauci late in the afternoon on Tuesday to tell him the good news, only to find out that the "Sales Manager" had made a "business decision" and sold the vehicle that I had put a deposit on at 3:00 that same afternoon. I have nothing but good things to say about Jim Fauci. He was very nice and helpful. What happened with the sale of the vehicle I believe was out of his control, and I think he was just as upset as we were about what happened. I have not heard from York Ford since. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, but York Ford never responded. I eventually got my deposit back, although it took approximately one month. I do not think Customer Service is their top priority. I have talked to many people who have never heard of a dealer selling a car that there is a deposit on. What is the purpose of putting a good faith deposit on a vehicle if they turn around and sell it to someone else within two days? More
How do I begin my experience with York Ford. Well a while back My husband purchased a 2006 F150 and I told Mr. York I would be back when it came time to purchase a new car for my self. Jump to 2011 and my mom was looking to trade in a car and get a suv so who came to mind YORK FORD!! so we went and we worked with a sales rep named JIM FAUCI at this time I told him not just my mom is interested but I was thinking about getting a new Explorer before the end of 2011. I will let my mom speak for herself but helping her out during her sale and working with both her and Jim everything went well and She purchased a 2011 Ford Edge a couple of months ago. Ok it's now Nove 8th, 2011 and My new Explorer has arrived for me to pick up. Lets talk about Brad York and his TEAM because if it's Dave at the front desk, Cheryl doing the last of the paper work with you or (JIM FAUCI) who I learned has only been with the company for a little over a year but what a year can do for a company because he is a "GREAT" addition to the York team. We all know how we hate going into any place to purchase anything and a stuffy sales rep JUMPS on you as soon as you walk in the door well not at this place and not Jim Fauci he is vey low key and layed back but will ask all the right questions and answer any you have and did I say how quickly he can get something done. As you can see from my time with York Ford it has been the BEST choice for myself and my family now on our Third car from the same dealer. There is not a better place to shop for a vehicle than York Ford and I live down the South Shore and could have purchased my vehicle at another dealer yet I would choose AGAIN AND AGAIN to deal with the people at York Ford and Jim Fauci, let's hope your still there when my husband needs a new F150. When I walked in to the dealership I knew what type of vehicle I wanted and knew the price I had in mind. I walked in and looked around, thats when Jim Fauci came up to me and asked if I was looking for s vehicle I wanted and knew the price I had in mind. I walked in and looked around, thats when Jim Fauci came up to me and asked if I was looking for someone I told him no and said he would be glad to help me. Jim asked all the right questions, he was up front with all the pricing. He made me feel comfortable and not like I was being pressured(which I dont like and would have walked out). Instead he talked to me,not at me, when we agreed on the deal he walked me over to finance and introduced me. He followed up with me the next day when I was picking up my vehicle. He was telling me about the functions of the vehicle and was ready to spend time with me after the purchase of vehicle not just "shoo" me away. He has since called and asked me if I like the vehicle, I told him that I was having a little problem with the SYNC and he again offered to sit down with me and go over the system together. Jim Fauci has made my purchase a pleasant and enjoyable one. I would highly reccommend you go see Jim at York if you are thinking of a new vehicle purchase. More
Bought a used Escape for my son - deal went well , we are very happy with the car. Vinny was very easy to work with as was the whole dealership- whoever we deal with. Going out of state to purchase a new vehicle was not our first choice but when we stopped by York Ford with our trade vehicle we were very impressed with the offer they made us and our sales rep Mr. Jim F first choice but when we stopped by York Ford with our trade vehicle we were very impressed with the offer they made us and our sales rep Mr. Jim Fauci was extremely comfortable to deal with. His attention to detail on the vehicle we purchased was exceptional and his follow up calls to us concerning it's delivery status was excellent. The vehicle arrived just as quoted and picking up the vehicle was flawless. York Ford should be proud to have a sales rep the caliber of Mr. Fauci. More
The easiest car purchase I ever made. Brad York and Tony Antonelli were great. Did most of it over the phone and email.
