If you want a stress free experience please ask for Bill Barboza. After expressing interest in a truck, Bill was very responsive to my emails. A few days later I went to York Ford and met with Bill. It did not take very long to get to the price I was looking for. The entire buying process was very smooth, stress free, and no pressure whatsoever. Bill has a very pleasant demeanor about him. It was refreshing dealing with Bill through the entire process. He delivered the truck when promised, introduced me to the service dept, and took it upon himself to see that I was satisfied with how the truck looked prior to delivery. Bill took the time to make sure I was familiar about the features on the truck,e.g the bluetooth, Sync services and other items on the truck. Bill took pride on how the truck looked and made sure I was completely happy with the truck, which I was. Bill also introduced me to Cheryl, the finance manager. She was very pleasant to deal with. She got me the best interest rate, applicable rebates which would benefit me the most. Again, no pressure to purchase the warranty, or any extras I did not need. I hereby declare my eternal love for the staff of York Ford. After having a bad experience at a different dealership, my boyfriend and I were reluctantly prepared to meet with the same condescending and p Ford. After having a bad experience at a different dealership, my boyfriend and I were reluctantly prepared to meet with the same condescending and pushy attitudes here. To our complete delight, we encountered the absolute opposite. We were introduced to Jim Fauci, who immediately made us feel welcome and very comfortable. His friendly, easygoing demeanor and relaxed approach made him seem more like an old friend than a newly-met salesperson. While he showed us different trucks, he never pressured or rushed us in any way. He was knowledgeable, yet unobtrusive and explained differences in an understandable manner without trying to sway us in one way or another. His style was laidback, yet honest and sincere. We felt like he genuinely wanted to get to know us and have us be happy with our decision. When we decided on a beautiful 2012 Ford F150, Jim discussed the costs in a straightforward way without pushing any unecessary additions on us. We got a very generous value on our trade-in, which made the truck even more reasonably-priced. We then met with Tony Antonelli to complete the financial aspect of the deal and he was just as easygoing as Jim. He clearly explained different options but never pushed or pressured us into anything we didn't want. Despite it being past their closing time, Jim and Tony patiently stayed to work out the best possible deal for us. The whole vibe at York is unlike anything we have ever experienced elsewhere. The staff clearly appreciates their customers, as well as each other. As cheesy as this sounds, it felt like a family. We were thrilled with the whole process and impressed with everyone we interacted with. They made the car-buying process easy, relaxing and even fun. Another reviewer compared Jim Fauci to Yoda (in a good way). Personally, I'd say he was more of a Han Solo. Calm and cool, but without the smugness. I wasn't looking forward to buying a new car; based on past nightmare experiences. But all that changed when I walked into York Ford!!! After giving me a price, I said I wanted to think about it over night and would let him know tomorrow. In the past this is when the high pressure to buy RIGHT NOW would start. Bill's response was "That sounds good to me" there was NO pressure to commit on the spot. As the customer;that tells me that Bill believes he is offering the best product and at the best price!!! I'm a first time Ford buyer...but based on my experience...a life time buyer. More

I would like to retract my first comments of this dealership from way back when i purchased my new special order 2008 Ford Taurus limited awd. I waited eight weeks and had many issues with this vehic dealership from way back when i purchased my new special order 2008 Ford Taurus limited awd. I waited eight weeks and had many issues with this vehicle and i was upset, however it was not York Ford problem they did fix all problems except my sync not being able to end call from pressing button on steering wheel as Ford motor company advertised in there ads on TV,radio, brochures etc. This was reason for me buying this auto since being disabled it would help me greatly, and continue over 50 years of buying from York. Once Ford Motor company decided not to repair this problem i decided (at this time) to live and let live because Mr. Brad York and all his staff did best they could do to help me. I will continue buying autos from York ford as my family and York family started over 50 years ago More
